Room had all the ameneties that one finds in a 5 star hotel and even more! The room attendants were some of the best I have seen. The location was 2 minute walk to public transit (train) where we could access all areas of Tokyo easily, albeit a complicated system!

On Mondays, 2 of the restaurants are closed and of the remaining 3, only two are open for dinner. It is worth noting that there are not that many restaurants in the area if one omits those found at the next door Hilton and the canines in nearby malls. We did have dinner at the Grill on 30th and it was really disappointing. The fish was overcooked, and the service spotty at best . I would have expected better, especially at the prices charged. Lastly, one has to pay to access the gym- not much, about 2,000.00 yens, but nevertheless, this was less than impressive

The hotel is really nice, although we didn't make use of much more than our room due to how much we had planned. The room was still lovely and the view of the bay was incredible. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, always seeming to go out of their way to help. The cleaning staff were also great and took care of our room brilliantly, not disturbing anything we left out. The hotel itself is nicely located right by the monorail station, so is a short ride to other lines or towards central Tokyo. There's also a Lawsons right on the doorstep of the hotel, and two family marts about 10 minutes walk.

The hotel was very nice and convenient to the train station. I didn't have the opportunity to visit the restaurant at the top floor to check out the skyline views. We enjoyed walking around in the evening to look at the Tokyo skyline. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It's not located downtown, but having the station connect to the hotel was a plus and being able to see the skyline at night was cool. The taxi drive from the airport was only about 20-25 minutes.

This place exceeded my expectations, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly, the rooms were great and clean and the equip with toiletries and drinks in the fridge. Great location. Would come again 100%.

Spacious, perfectly equipped room with enormous bed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast! Close to a metro station, shopping center, pharmacy and convenience store. Quite. Great view.

Nothing was bad. The only thing I can mention is that the hotel is located 15 minutes by train from major hubs. Every trip costs 325 Yen and isn’t included in the Tokyo metro pass.

Location of the hotel is excellent with access to metro line within 5 mins from the hotel.

There can be more vegan options in the menu.

Very nice hotel. We picked it for location near cruise terminal as we were hopping a cruise the next day but were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely waterfront park and walking areas. Malls and public transit all nearby Hotel amenities excellent. Recommend you get the breakfast included. No restaurant opens before 1000. Expensive to purchase buffet after and no where else to go.

Very clean and excellent rooms. I stayed at sea view room and it was simply amazing.

The hotel is a little bit far from main centers. Even U line is very close, you have to make connection with this line and it csn be so tiring while coming back at night.
