Stay at hotel gracery asakusa was one of my best decision. I stayed for 6night 7days on april 2025 and they cleaned my room everyday, changing our pyjamas everyday, even they arrange my son's pikachu doll at bed nicely also they arrange the hotwheels at bathroom 😄. My son got kids slipper and sponge for bath. The hotel near asakusa stasiun. It was easy if you are from or to haneda airport, you only use 1 direct train. The hotel is suitable if you want rest after 20.000 steps per day at tokyo. Not so crowded likes center of tokyo. The hotel easy to reach from station, many cafes near hotel, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, asakusa temple, donQ, etc. The room is big (i think) for hotel in tokyo, also the bathroom. Compare to my others hotel in osaka and kyoto with the same price, this hotel has bigger room and space for me to open my 3 big luggages. This hotel also has delivery luggage service. I used yamato to sent my luggage from haneda to this hotel and it was perfect. If you want water refill you can use dispenser at lobby or floor at the same room with laundry area (i forgot what floor). Me and my husband really love this hotel. And i booked this hotel 9 months before my arrival 😂 and i got the best price.
This hotel only has several laundry machine and i had to laundry at 04.30 am to used this before the others came.

This hotel greatly surpassed our expectations. Although we were aware that the room size would be modest, the design and layout of the internal amenities were exceptionally well thought out. Our three-day stay was excellent. Considering both its location and price point, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely consider it for our next stay.
Nothing.

Location was less than 5 minutes' walk to Nakamise shopping street and Senso-ji temple. The hotel is within 5 mins walk to key metro stations with good connections to other popular areas like Shibuya, Ginza, etc. Amenities wise, the double bed hotel room was adequately furnished and for one person with one medium luggage, there is still a lot of space to pack your things. The laundry room and water refill was a plus point. The staff also assisted my request to arrange for luggage delivery to my next city of visit.
Comparing to my stay at Hotel Gracery Kyoto Sanjo, it would've been good to get free bottled water drinks upon check-in which was offered in their Kyoto chain. The water refill provided is good but thinking for others who may find it inconvenient like not having bottles or may find bringing the small mugs from their rooms to level 2 not worth the trip.

This was my favorite hotel in Tokyo during our recent stay. It seems to have been renovated in the last few years, so everything is new and clean. The breakfast is excellent, with foods for both Western and Asian tastes. It is in a quiet area not too far from Asakusa Station as well as Senso-ji Temple. Nice separated toilet from the rest of the bathroom and very comfortable beds. The staff was also very helpful and patient with us as we are always frazzled when we first arrive at any hotel.
Nothing to not like. I just had to be careful not to lose the vouchers for breakfast each morning (which is my problem, not the hotel's).

Great view! Spacious room for Tokyo. I like the sofa as it gave me seating other than the bed. The bathroom was huge! Near to stations and food places.

Decent space for the choice of bedroom I booked for. Bed was firm and comfy. Housekeeping and front desk service were diligent and nice. Great location between Asakusa and Ginza line.
The self-service coin laundry was kinda filthy with previous usage lint residues. Before starting my regular load of laundry wash, I cleaned the lint residues from previous use, completed a full cycle wash and dry, and my laundry had this musky odour. Added on another cycle of drying, and the smell didn't go off. Ain't sure if the machine was short of detergent.

Really close to the subway. Great breakfast.
Rooms are a bit small if you have large luggage.

I picked this hotel for the last few days of our trip after returning from Kyoto. It was because of the value price and location which couldn't have been better for our family. It was close to restaurants, shops, transportation and attractions. It was lovely that we had a view of the Tokyo Skytree and could watch its light shows in the evening! I wanted to see different areas of Tokyo that we hadn't done on the first part of the trip, while also have the ability to easily get to the airport. The hotel even held our bags after checkout so that we could sightsee for our last few ours in the city. Bonus: The bath tub was so deep and relaxing, great for rejuvenating tired legs from walking around.
These things didn't bother me at all, but I feel I should mention them. If you are coming from the USA, be prepared that the double rooms are very small. I grew up in the UK and I tend to travel light so I don't find it a problem at all, but maneuvering around your suitcases and the bed does remind you that you are in a budget hotel. It's perfect for travelers who care more bout getting out and exploring the city. The other unique thing I found all over Japan are that the beds are rather hard and the pillows are unique. They aren't fluffy or soft by USA standards. Again, everything else about the hotel out weighed theses subtle cultural differences, and at then end of the day the value for money made it all worth it.

The food is great and the rooms are comfortable. Staff will go above and beyond for you to feel welcomed. They offered to help me get to the hospital when I got a respiratory infection, they provided masks and thermometers, and plenty of free tea. Pyjamas are changed daily, and so are the towels.
We were not allowed to take breakfast to the room. I got a respiratory infection while on this trip and staff completely dismissed my boyfriend’s requests to take my food upstairs. It’s not only about my 39 degrees fever, but also other clients who had to sit next to me coughing uncontrollably because the dining area is fully AC’d. I obviously cannot eat with a face mask on - so I got a few stares… It seemed a bit irresponsible and inconsiderate.

This is a great hotel near Asakusa temple area. The staff is the most helpful and kind. You feel the peaceful and friendly atmosphere in this hotel. The beds are good to sleep. Bathroom and toilet are excellent. The hotel room is peaceful and calm and was so nice to rest there after a hot day. Two pillows. They care so much about you at the breakfast, and it is fresh and tasty and the staff is all the time helping and caring. You can reach this hotel easy by train. There are nice areas to walk around. The amenities in the room are excellent, fresh water, little towels, pyjamas, very good towels. You can wash your laundry in this hotel with coins.
We liked everything in this hotel. There is no dinner or lunch but nice area to sit and eat your breakfast.
