This is a wonderful spot, full of friendly and helpful staff and great amenities. The room was the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in and suprisingly spacious for central Tokyo. The views were amazing. The shower was powerful and the breakfast buffet varied and delicious. Dinner was also great.

The check-in process felt a bit disorganised at points, but they went out of their way to accommodate our group with rooms near each other, an early check in, extra pillows, etc. So really there are no complaints - the hotel was better than we expected. The area itself - the heart of Shinjuku - is exciting and vibrant, but also has red light district elements which might bother some. It also means that Golden Gai is easily accessible, however, so I would recommend it if you want access to fun nightlife.

We have stayed at Hotel Groove a few times and keep coming back. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Fresh bottles of water are given every day. The location is fantastic - very near Shinjuku station which is a hub to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Walk past the 3D Cat to get to the station! You are right in the Kabuchiko area which has a lot of nightlife, many eating areas at your door step and lots of shopping. Don't get me wrong - I am not a party person - but the atmosphere was awesome, lots of people and you felt safe always. There was no noise in the hotel rooms, however, as you are high above. The hotel doesn't start until the 17th floor. The staff are also extremely helpful and accommodated us wanting to store some bags while we went away for a few days and returned to the hotel. I really do love this place and cannot rave enough about it.

It's located in the heart of shinjuku, good for food hunting. The hotel is new. The view from our room is perfect. The plus point, there is airport limousine directly downstairs so you can just go down and hop on. Perfect.

There is no complimentary coffee machine or drink at lobby unlike Daiwa group hotel that provides free flow drinks that really make us feel warmth. The hotel is supporting "green" where you should not expect daily room cleaning. They only do the bed and tidy up the room, not cleaning the floor or changing the bed sheet, nor wash the used cup/items even we put up the "clean the room" sign. This is something new for us. The toiletry provided is also minimal. But if this doesn't bother you, this hotel is still a good choice in view of its location and "name".

Such a comfy bed. Perfect to sleep in after a long day of walking around Tokyo. And that view is to die for. I wanted to go to the Tokyo Metropolitan Govt building for the sunset view of Tokyo's skyline. But ended up cancelling it because I had a spectacular from my room. Great location. 11 min walk away from the main Shunjuku station. Very lively area and you can go find any food you want to eat, anything you want to buy.

The room was a little tight for the price. We struggled with finding space for the single large luggage we had. But that's what you can expect with rooms in Tokyo anyway.

Nice location, staff polite and professional, the room service in a robot machine is really cool, the building is big and modern clean / minimalist There is also 1-2 restaurant in the Kabukicho tower and some others experience The location is in the most center place of Shinjuku in Kabukicho,

The check-in at 3PM is a bit bad because our flight was arrived at 6AM and in the super hot of Tokyo at this time and being tired even though we can let our luggage, there is not really a place to rest on a nice seat this could be better to have such room with the amount of space this hotel have, or being able to check in early despite this which is not in the control of the hotel, it is just a little point that you forgot after you check in :)

location is very convenient. It’s very good a staff Andy can speak Chinese and English. He is very helpful. The Welcome staffs and security make us feel welcome and very secure. The entrance and the rooms on 18 floors and up are very good and advice noise. The room are clean and excellent view on the 38 floor. The breakfast buffet are very good with a wonderful view.

Everything is good except the bathroom, its too small. There are no privacy and inconvenience because it is separate by a glass door.

Skyscraper hotel which there isn’t many in tokyo so the view from our room was AMAZING! Our bed pointed directly at the window so we had front row seats to the city skyline and relaxed. Check in was self serve on a machine and was very easy and fast. Check out was also self serve and very efficient. Check out was at 11:00am which gave us that extra time to check out, compared to other places it is normally 10:00am. You even get a view over the city from the elevator when you go from the entrance to the lobby, was great! The staff make you feel important with greetings at the hotel entrance and take your bags for you immediately. Fantastic service.

The room size was pleasant but no ideal places to put your luggage. There looked to be wasted cupboard space on the tv wall which could have been used for something like cupboard space but nothing opened up. As soon as you walk in, the toilet and shower is to your left and the vanity is to your right with the bed directly behind. So there was no separate area from the bathroom to the bedroom.

The PARKROYAL Suite was amazing. The views out over Tokyo from this room are fantastic, as a bonus you can watch Shinjuki station from above. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again.

Nothing.

So cool. Nice staff. Room was clean and cozy.

The area around it was so dirty but that’s not too bad.

Check-in, check-out was super smooth and there's always professional and friendly staff available around the lobby areas to help with directions, etc. The location is great and pretty close to the various stations (JR, Seibu). You have to go to the 18th floor to get to the lobby but given how nice the room was, that's a minor detail. Really nice decor and you can tell that they were mindful of aesthetics. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've been to. Lots of amenities and really cute bath robes. You can choose to have your room cleaned by posting a magnetic record outside your door by 2pm so that was nice, too (didn't have to worry about someone coming around to knock on your door early in the morning). There's restaurants and a Lawson/Family Mart nearby so very convenient. This hotel came highly recommended by other travelers and I can see why!

Other than the lobby being on the 18th floor, seriously there's nothing I didn't like. There was a nice video on instagram that showed us how to get to the lobby. But there were staff waiting downstairs o guide everyone so we were all set anyway.
