Yotsuya is a very convenient location, with bakeries, supermarkets, takeaway stores, and an alleyway of nighttime drinking and eating establishments. The hotel is 5 mins walk to the station, and about the same distance to a supermarket and post office. There are three or four convenience stores within a 2 minute walk. The neighbourhood isn't full of tourists so it feels quite authentic. The hotel staff spoke good English. Finally, Yotsuya is easy to get to as it is on three seperate train lines - just enough for convenience but not enough to make the station crazy!

There was a very strange smell in the bathroom, it seemed to be coming from the drain. I think the bath drain may have been a bit blocked.

The hotel has an absolutely great location. Two minutes from Yotsuya subway station. If we go to Tokyo again, definitely to this hotel. The room is equipped sufficiently, we had two single beds, so we always slept great, like at home. There is a fridge and a kettle. The bathroom has a hairdryer and shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand and face soap.

We liked everything. The only small thing - I would add coat hangers to the hallway behind the entrance door. The wall is unnecessarily empty and unused.

Very well placed hotel, near Yotsuya station, which has good access to the local train network.Plenty of places to eat & drink close by. Reasonable facilities, personally I found the breakfast underwhelming , as it wasn’t always hot and had a limited choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would happily stay again.

Stayed here for 5 nights, the staff were very nice and lovely, really enjoyed the warm greetings every time I walked through the foyer. The room looked better than the photos and wasn't too snug as I thought it would be. The restaurant next door had a discount for hotel stayers. Amenities were good and, daily free water and linen changes. The room was quiet. Few minute walk to the train station, really good location for seeing tokyo, doesn't matter where you stay as long as you're next to a train station nearby as they are so efficient. 7/11, lawsons, and KFC and lots of little bars just minutes walk away.

Can't complain. Everything was sufficient.

Located 5~7mins walk from Yotsuya train station and is very near to Shinjuku Station. There's a KFC and a few restaurants along the street, wanted to grab supper but dont see any convenient stores around tho. Room and toilet are very spacious, with bath tub and street view. Hair dryer was the highlight ! (great one but forgot the brand, appreciate if management can reply here :D). Daily room service. Buffet style breakfast. Can leave luggage if arrive early, allows early check in (2pm) with a small fee, 1000 yen if not mistaken.

The hotel is clean and lovely. It has no restaurant itself, but it outsources its breakfast to the pizza place downstairs.. not a great breakfast venue you’re better off just going across the road. The location is fine if you know your way around Tokyo, this is not a location for first time travelers. Having said that there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s very nice. It has washing facilities and a vending machine. There is no pool, which is OK. The room is spacious enough and modern.
