The location can be a little far from a train station depending on where you're going. There are a few around, ranging from ~8 to 15 min walk away. However, there is a plethora of food and drinking options within a ~15-20 min walk. The room was fine but a little small - there was only one spot where I could fully open my large suitcase on the floor and it blocked the bathroom door when I did so. I noticed some dust on a couple spots as well. Breakfast isn't anything special, I got 3 pre-packaged breads in a paper bag that you could toast in the lobby. That being said, my experience was still pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They received my shipped luggage, stored it after checkout, and helped call a taxi when I left. Overall, a business hotel that I wouldn't mind staying at again.

If you don't care for room size, the value for money is insane. I was aware before arrival the room would be small, and most rooms are like this in Japan anyway. In my opinion this hotel is great at all basic necessities and more, like the complementary breakfast and free drinks. The staff is very kind, everything is very clean, and I loved the location. Shimbashi is an animated part of tokyo without being as overwhelming as Shinjuku could be. Filled with awesome izakayas, there are also many conbinis, one of them located less than a minute away from the hotel and open 24/7. It's fascinating to witness the locals enjoying a night out, and the tokyo tower is only about 10 minutes away.

Breakfast is served in small packets, which are quite tasty, and with the self-service hot and cold drinks machine, it's great, and you can also watch the free comics provided in the lobby, so you can enjoy it very much.The Twin room bed is quite big. The bathroom has a bathtub and provides good quality lotion, make-up remover and toner.

It's about a ten minute walk from the station, which was slightly harder as we had nursery aged children with us. But overall it was convenient.

The staffs are accommodating. The freebies (bread, drinks, personal items) were beyond our expectation. We had a homy stay...

Sometime the internet connection was slow... The lounge sometimes smelled smoke due to the inside smoking room not sometimes closed by smokers. Better close the smoking room and provide smoking area outside of the building.

The front desk staff are excellent. They are polite, friendly and helpful, always smiling. They could respond well to our queries, and communicated well in English. The drinks corner is a lovely thought, so that hotel guests could rest and chat. The drinks provided were of good standard too (both hot and cold drinks). Breakfast buns are adequate. The room was clean and had enough space for luggages. Sleep was good because comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. Amenities provided was better than expected. Location was good too, close to 4 stations: Daimon, Onarimon, Shimbashi and Hamamatsucho. Felt safe even when walking back late at night. Lots of food places. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower! Easy transport means (land and water bus) to Odaiba. Very glad that we chose to stay with this lovely hotel :)

I loved the position, it is really close to Tokyo Tower and the subway station too! It is in a more residential and office workers' area so it is not as crow as other touristy places so not as noisy at night, which was nice. Also, the area let us get to try local restaurants that were clearly not used to tourists which guaranteed us great and original food. Our window didn't have the greatest view despite being on the 6th floor but the bed was the most comfortable I've ever laid on. We had the greatest sleep and also the bathroom didn't have a window but we were able to successfully ventilate anyways and the bathtub was super comfortable and convenient. The staff was super friendly as well and was open to storing our luggage before the check-in time.

The view wasn't great and due to the lack of mosquito nets we didn't dare open the window again after a moth got into our room. Other than this everything was super nice. Yes, the room wasn't so big but with the price we paid and, lucky, our small luggages we had no problem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wing International Shimbashi Onarimon. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to three subway/train stations. It was very convenient. We also loved the peace and quiet of the area while being minutes from Shimbashi. It’s much less congested than Shinjuku or Shibuya, but there is still lots of activity, shops and restaurants nearby. The amenities in the lobby are very convenient. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. While the double room was very small, it was enough space for us as a couple with only one big suitcase. Overall, we are very happy.

The staff was amazing, free breakfast for all guests is also a great thing. The cold and hot free beverages were super useful given the weather! Heads up to Ando who was truly amazing!!!

The room was dirty on the first night we stayed, as we were staying 7 nights we asked if an upgrade which was not possible until the last two nights which was unfortunate but not the staff’s fault. Also we had some damage due to the washing machine and there was no follow up on that situation from the manager :/ not that deep but a bit deceiving.

The hotel is very clean and very central! About 10 min walk from the Tokyo Tower and various metro stations - very close to Asakusa line which goes to both airports so it’s very convenient! About a 30 min walk to Ginza area / Tokyo station. Also quite close to various restaurants as well as convenience stores so food options are vast even though the hotel did not have a restaurant itself. The room itself was quite roomy so we had some space to spread out (and store all our new purchases). All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! I had also left behind a few items on accident but the hotel did the best of their ability to return them to me!

Not many amenities other than the lobby! Some other hotels had onsens and massage chairs but I understand that space is quite limited in such a central area.

Even though it is true that the hotel is located near 3 different train stations, the most popular one and the one that you are going to use the most is Shimbashi station wich is about 12 minutes walking from the hotel. The room was very small but like any other average Tokio hotel.
