STOP your endless scrolling, CLOSE all your tabs, and BOOK this hotel now! It was so unbelievably good that when my partner and I returned to Tokyo later in our trip, we literally canceled our existing reservation just to come back here. I can’t overstate how perfect everything was: the design feels straight out of a futuristic film - from the sleek lobby to the stunning rooms with mesmerizing views, and even the building itself, which rises like a lighthouse over Shibuya. The location speaks for itself. The gym was slick, the breakfasts indulgent, and the overall vibe unmatched. I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Tokyo. As a cherry on top, my partner celebrated his birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable.

The view is amazing, better than I expected. Not only do you get the view of the scramble crossing but you can also see the Sky Tree and Tokyo tower. Both look amazing during the day and at night. Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with shower-head and a nice deep bathtub for those who like to relax after long day of shopping around Shibuya. Be sure to get the breakfast as its amazing on the 11th floor restaurant.

Price is bit steep for the room but to be expected for corner room with this kind of view as well as since this is a fairly new hotel expect to pay higher price than other hotels. Front entrance can be a maze to get to but if you have google maps you will find it.

Great location in the heart of Shibuya but tucked away quiet enough to rest in between outings. Everything was clean and the room well thought out.

The room was definitely the smallest we had on our trip but it met our needs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable for me as it was more traditional Japanese style for the mattress but my husband actually liked it

Central location, if your goal is to be in Shibuya then this is as good as it gets. The interior is very new and extremely clean and the design is a lot of fun. The staff were helpful. The room is small but cosy and has everything you need. There’s an artisanal coffee shop downstairs as well as an amazing Boulangerie, if you opt out of breakfast you’ll still be spoiled for choice.

Nothing, except that I wouldn’t stay in Shibuya next time as I found the location to be a bit overwhelming at night

Fantastic hotel in a very central location. We had a room on the 18th floor and had amazing views across Tokyo. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food in both the restaurant and lounge was really good. We didn't book breakfast in advance, but my husband chose to eat breakfast in the hotel on one of the mornings and said it was very good and liked that you could choose particular items and pay for them, rather than a set price for a buffet style. There are so many bakers, coffee shops, etc within walking distance of the hotel that it was easy to grab breakfast on the way out. Also there were good coffee/tea making facilities in the room and a fridge.

The walls are a little thin, so you can hear noises from next door. This didn't really disturb us, but you might want to take ear plugs just in case. Also I would imagine that if you are on a lower floor, the noise from outside could be a problem during the night.

A gorgeous new hotel in an amazing location. We were kindly upgraded to a higher floor (27th out of 28 floors) and the view over Tokyo was incredible. The room was really nicely furnished with everything you could need. The lobby and cleaning staff were all very friendly. The coffee shops and restaurants at the base of the hotel were handy for quick breakfasts.

Room cleaning times were a bit confusing. We checked in at around 4pm, had a quick shower/clean up, then went to dinner and when we got back there were cleaning staff in the room which baffled us as we had hardly used the room yet. Then one day we left the room at 10am, spent the whole day out exploring and when we returned at 6pm the room hadn't been cleaned but the cleaning crew turned up 20 mins later to clean? Not sure what the cleaning schedule is but for a pricey hotel it would have been nice to have a clean room every day before the evening.

The location was right in the middle of Shibuya. It's a super busy area with a lot going on which was great. It's also well connected to any other part of Tokyo on the subway so was a good place to have as a base. The hotel itself was clean and really modern. We had a high floor room and the view across the city was incredible. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really powerful. I was really happy with the booking and would recommend staying here if you want somewhere modern and central!

We asked for recommendations for food locations from the reception staff and they handed us a piece of paper (which linked to some average ish Google rated nearby places). It would have been nice to get a personal recommendation!

The location of this new hotel is great. You're surrounded by restaurants and shops. Shibuya crossing is a few minutes away and also the metro. The hotel staff were great throughout our stay. The rooms are nicely laid out and the rain shower was great. The elevators are very fast too so you never have to wait long for them.

My only con with the hotel is the size of the fitness center. It's small and the weights are very light. However, I was able to use the bands to offset the light weights.

The location of this hotel was spectacular, in the heart of SHIBUYA with so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The room’s size was pretty good , absolutely clean and cozy .. but what I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Probably the best customer service I’ve had not only in Tokyo but in any country I’ve ever been to , the service was so good that we had another plan to change hotels after 5 days but we decided to cancel the other hotel’s reservation and extend our stay at indigo. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and made our stay 10 times better 🙏🏻

Absolutely nothing

There are a lot of things I like in the hotel. First thing is the location, which is in the heart of Shibuya. Secondly is the staff are very friendly and professional. Also, the room is only 25 sequare meter but the layout makes it looks bigger.

The breakfast for a 5 star hotel is below average
