Clean rooms and staff are very helpful via email.

No elevator. Which needs to be considered especially travelling with kids.

Hotel in a quiet area of Shibuya that has a nice local feel. Many nice restaurants and shops close by.

I wish there was a manual in English that provides instructions on how to use the washing machine. We ended not using it and instead going to a local laundry because we were confused: all the buttons were in Japanese.

The room was very clean. The hotel was close to the Hatagaya station (Keio New Line). There was enough space in the room for luggage and sitting. The price was affordable. If you purchase Tokyo Subway pass, you have to pay a small amount of 140 yen every time you are using this station.

The hotel is an unmanned hotel, so you have to check-in by yourself and check-out by yourself. Since it's an all automatic system, even if your room is ready, you can't check-in and go to your room before 3 pm. Also, since there is no staff in the hotel, you can't leave your luggage until check-in or after check-out. And there is also no daily cleaning 🙃. But they provide you with enough materials and towels for your stay.

I love the simplicity of the room but essentials are all provided. We love the shower as water was warm and strong and the pressure helped us relaxed every night after long walks. As it was self-check in, although I have misunderstood the check in instructions at first, but picked it up after and was smooth and easy every time we returned to the hotel. The locks was safe and secure. The neighbourhood of Hatagaya was lovely and safe - there were lovely shops around including essential convenient stores.

The self check in instruction was not the most clear, it would be more accessible if photos or videos of steps were shown, as the instruction on the email and on the actual padlock were confusing with one another. In the end, we ignore what was said on the padlock and followed the email guidance. The room was a bit small for two suitcases, and blanket was a bit too thin therefore we didn't feel the most cosy - but either than that, the value was worth it.

Very clean and neat! + The location is perfect – a lot of lovely places around, the bakery we were going to every morning, just 10 minutes walk and you are in a very busy fun neighborhood to eat and have a drink. + Also very quiet, we could have a nice sound sleep. + Having all necessary amendments and equipment, iron, microwave, etc. Even sleeping robes! Would totally stay here again!

Small details: - We were staying on the 2nd floor but it was too close to the ground so could not open the curtains properly. - There was no small lamp to make cozy lighting but we played with bulbs on the ceiling a bit and made it work.

The place was spotless. There was basic tea, a shoe horn, and loads of towels. The room was pretty quiet but we didn't have any neighbours upstairs or on the sides. Loads of shops close by and the area was nice. The check-in process was quite straightforward.

The place is quite far away from the subway, about 10-15 mins walk. We didn't have this issue because we only had a carry-on but the stairs are quite narrow and the room is quite small if you have large luggage. The room could use some proper blackout blinds as there is a lot of light coming into the room from the street.

This is the best booking accommodation that we’ve ever booked. The location is perfect, super close to Shinjuku. You have absolutely everything you need. Even the toilet has its own heating. Big and comfortable bathroom! Kitchen is very clean and has plenty of things that you can cook with. We also got bathrobes in japanese style which was interesting . The people that we were in contact with from this hotel were very helpful, nice, kind and understanding. He had a situation that was our fault and that they managed to solve very quickly and easily. We are very thankful. All our recommendations are on this place.

Really pleased with this hotel, amazing value for our main Tokyo stay. There is no staff there, but if you read the instructions they send you carefully you'll have no problem checking in and accessing your room, it's pretty straightforward. The room was spacious for Tokyo, it had a little kitchen and microwave which was useful for the 7/11 tasting sessions, and it had the biggest bathroom of all the hotels we've stayed at in Japan. Everything was super clean and it was a very convenient choice, with a Bus that goes directly to Shinjuku really close by, as well as metro stations within a 10-minute walking distance. Super happy with this stay and would definitely go back.

The only thing I would point out is that there is no elevator, therefore if you're on the third floor like we were, it can be quite the climb at the end of a long day exploring Tokyo. It was no issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, I would recommend requesting a room on the first floor.

The price and the cleanliness of the unit was very good. The washer and area to cook was a bonus. The size of the bathroom was bigger than most hotel units.

There is no elevator so carrying luggage up and down to the unit was challenging. The dryer was different because you had to hang your clothes in the shower area and turn the heater on to dry clothes. Hangers are available for this, but additional hanging units for socks and smaller items would have made it better.
