Clean rooms and staff are very helpful via email.

No elevator. Which needs to be considered especially travelling with kids.

Hotel in a quiet area of Shibuya that has a nice local feel. Many nice restaurants and shops close by.

I wish there was a manual in English that provides instructions on how to use the washing machine. We ended not using it and instead going to a local laundry because we were confused: all the buttons were in Japanese.

I love the simplicity of the room but essentials are all provided. We love the shower as water was warm and strong and the pressure helped us relaxed every night after long walks. As it was self-check in, although I have misunderstood the check in instructions at first, but picked it up after and was smooth and easy every time we returned to the hotel. The locks was safe and secure. The neighbourhood of Hatagaya was lovely and safe - there were lovely shops around including essential convenient stores.

The self check in instruction was not the most clear, it would be more accessible if photos or videos of steps were shown, as the instruction on the email and on the actual padlock were confusing with one another. In the end, we ignore what was said on the padlock and followed the email guidance. The room was a bit small for two suitcases, and blanket was a bit too thin therefore we didn't feel the most cosy - but either than that, the value was worth it.

Really pleased with this hotel, amazing value for our main Tokyo stay. There is no staff there, but if you read the instructions they send you carefully you'll have no problem checking in and accessing your room, it's pretty straightforward. The room was spacious for Tokyo, it had a little kitchen and microwave which was useful for the 7/11 tasting sessions, and it had the biggest bathroom of all the hotels we've stayed at in Japan. Everything was super clean and it was a very convenient choice, with a Bus that goes directly to Shinjuku really close by, as well as metro stations within a 10-minute walking distance. Super happy with this stay and would definitely go back.

The only thing I would point out is that there is no elevator, therefore if you're on the third floor like we were, it can be quite the climb at the end of a long day exploring Tokyo. It was no issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, I would recommend requesting a room on the first floor.

This is the best booking accommodation that we’ve ever booked. The location is perfect, super close to Shinjuku. You have absolutely everything you need. Even the toilet has its own heating. Big and comfortable bathroom! Kitchen is very clean and has plenty of things that you can cook with. We also got bathrobes in japanese style which was interesting . The people that we were in contact with from this hotel were very helpful, nice, kind and understanding. He had a situation that was our fault and that they managed to solve very quickly and easily. We are very thankful. All our recommendations are on this place.

Very clean. Great value. Lots of towels and even pyjamas. Great to have a small kitchen and fridge. We used the washing machine and the bathroom drying room. We did have to buy laundry detergent but you can find it at any convenience store. Excellent bus connection to Shinjuku station or a short walk to Hatagaya subway station. No elevator in the building so if someone has mobility restrictions then it is not a suitable place. Even reaching the ground floor rooms requires the ability to use stairs at the hotel entrance.

Had great facilities, small kitchen and refrigerator, spacious bathroom area, it was awesome having a washing machine and the bathroom clothes drying device thing meant after hanging up clothes they were dried over night. Beds were a good size, comfy but not too firm. Location was an easy walk from the station, down some cute cobbled streets. There were a couple of convenience stores a few minutes walk away. Would book here again 😁

Whilst not on a main JR line, the walk to the station didn't exceed five minutes and it was a very short train ride to Shinjuku, but was still very convenient. Nice quiet residential area with lots of nearby facilities. Room was clean and a good size and would stay again!

Personal preference but I found the bed incredibly hard, along with the pillows. I was sleeping more due to exhaustion from the day and not the actual comfort. I would also have appreciated some instructions for things such as the washing machine, but that's on me for not knowing Japanese. There is no elevator but I knew that when booking.

The amenities were as described. The room was clean and we were given an extra change of towels. The position was increased at the heart of Shibuya district, with shops and commerce in proximity . Overall it was a great stay
