We were here for a week and it is a very convenient location . The space is very compact but the bed was comfortable. The shower was a good pressure . It is very well placed to local shops and eating places and easy to find from bus and train station . The no key entry is very good and worked very well . There is a very good internet.

The large bed is great, but what could be handy would be shelves on the adjacent walls for glasses ,torches ,etc. The appliances could have more English instructions to work them. There is a dryer but we didn't get to use it as couldn't make it work. There are no drink glasses and a cloth to dry dishes would be good. We wanted to see if apartment living worked in Tokyo, these apartments make a good beginning but no longer than a week. The apartment is very close to the street and is noisy late at night and early morning .

The location is great. The train line goes through Shinjuku and terminates all the way at Mt Takao (I took advantage of that, took the direct train to Mt Takao.). Small cozy shotengai, 24hr supermarket on top of the train station, and 2 smaller supermarkets within 5 mins of the property. There's also a public bath nearby. Various small parks to relax nearby. The property has a washing machine with free detergent. Laundromat on the first floor if you need to wash way more things. Big TV, WIFI is good, AC is with heater, Toaster/Microwave oven is great. Very good instructions on separating trash. Very clean, slippers provided. When we came in the staff were still cleaning. Great stay, thanks!

Not a lot of things I didn't like, but I think the kitchen could have a few more utensils. Knives are not sharp, which can be dangerous. No chopsticks for normal eating. Non-stick pan has the non-stick coating peeling off already, but they do have the ceramic casserole, which I used to make gyoza instead. There's also no table/desk to eat on other than the side of the sink at the entrance, so I ended up placing the plates on the bed to eat while watching tv, which can make it hard for cleaning. Worse if 3 people have to eat inside. A folding table that can go over the bed would be nice.

Accommodation was exactly as listed and had everything we needed for a short stay in Tokyo. Conveniently located near train stations. Quiet neighborhood but had a lot in the area right outside of Shibuya. Check in and Check out was all contactless too and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing major of note stood out to us that we didn't like. The only hiccup was when we arrived at 4pm to check-in, they were still in the process of cleaning. But they let us leave our luggage in the room while they finished cleaning and we went sightseeing in the city so it was no issue at all for us.

I liked the location a lot. It is near the station, there are not many people. The location is nice. There are washing machine, fridge and other facilities. Comfortable generally

The instruction about entering the hotel is uncomfortable to understand and read. We spent so much time outside. There were other tourists spending much time outside next day, we helped them. They also couldn’t get the instruction. Also there is no iron😭 why???

The location, close to the train station and many restaurants. The hotel is located on a quiet street that has restaurants, convenience stores and groceries if needed.

The space was limited for a family of 4, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel, we did find it difficult to open our suitcases as space was limited. As a family of 4, we traveled light with 3 carry on suitcases and some back packs but we still had a hard time finding space for the it.

Comfortable and cosy apartment, located in a small lovely street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was clean and had all the needed facilities (we didn't use them but there were clear instructions for each, and everything was clean). We stayed 1 night only but it is convenient to stay for longer. The host is very reponsive, replying to my messages within minutes. The steps and info regarding opening the doors were clear and easy.

We were on the ground floor and one window has no curtains, and brings a lot of light in from the outdoor lamp. The bathroom for shower was a bit cold as it has no heating inside. The space besides the beds is a bit small, so not really possible to open the luggage and keep them open. It was ok for us as we were there for 1 night only.

Loved that there was a washing machine and a "dryer" in the bathroom, that there was a microwave, that our room consisted of two double beds and had a TV right at the foot of the bed for winddown before bed.

Not all the windows could be covered up to block the sunlight out but we were always knackered so we slept thru it anyway

Communication was good. Appliances were nice (didn’t feel cheap). They were gracious enough to allow me to store my luggage before the official check in time. I really appreciated that after a bad Airbnb experience where I was forced to book at 5 different accommodations. Moving around with luggage was tiresome, so I’m thankful. Location was perfect. Really nice shopping street and close proximity to the station.

I think the coffee table could be smaller to make the space more spacious. It was a bit hard to open a suit case.

I liked that it had a kitchen to prepare meals. Also liked the surrounding area, with many bars and shops. The host was responsive to enquires.

Trying to open the lock was a little difficult. The instructions could've been a little clearer. I had to call the host to figure out what I was doing wrong with trying to open the door.

Cleanliness, Kitchenette, location close to train station and a lot of restaurants and grocery stores

Room was a bit small as per my expectations but had everything I needed.
