Great location, 5 minutes walk away from Meguro station which is close to Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku without the crowd being on your doorstep. Lots of delicious restaurants nearby around the area. The property itself was recently built and the size of the rooms were decent for somewhere so close to the main district. Further down from the hotel you can also see the Meguro river which has a calming and pleasing nature walkway for those like that to go for walks or jogs.
This is something that I had to think about but overall couldn’t say anything negative from my experiences. Staff were very accommodating and property itself was great. The only minor thing would suggest is for laundry services or directions to local laundry mat but this can easily be found on google which is less than 10 minutes away

Great location and staff were nice! Only 2 min walk to the station, we used a suica card and were in the centre of Shibuya or other big stations within minutes. Nice metro/train line. The room was great and shower was really big and a nice one compared to other japanese hotels!
Communication with some staff was a little bit harder because we could not speak japanese. But we got there in the end and were also a lot who did speak english very well! Breakfast was nice, but as a bit more of a picky eater i had a hard time sometimes as I couldnt choose what to eat but got a tray. My boyfriend did like the breakfasts!

The hotel is located near Meguro Station (and by extension, the Yamanote Line), with a fair amount of restaurants and shops in the area. While there weren't any laundry facilities on premise, the hotel is within walking distance to a coin laundry (about 7 minutes by foot). The room was clean and spacious, and felt a bit classy. Both the bed and pillows were fairly comfortable, and I was able to sleep well.
The bathroom door (a sliding door) was a chore to move, and I had to use a fair amount of strength to open and close it; I was afraid of jamming everything up.

Location is excellent. Short walk to Meguro station. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Spacious bathroom with a separate toilet room and standing shower, which is great (no bathtub) - much better than the typical cramped bathtub/shower/toilet combo in the usual business hotels. Hotel feels new and seems good value.
Breakfast is fixed western and Japanese styles (alternate days). Same fare each time. Room does not have a proper desk+chair or workspace. The hotel does rent out rooms on an hourly basis, like a love hotel (there's a huge sign outside that states the hourly rates). It didn't matter to me because it doesn't feel like a cheap transit hotel, but some guests might mind.

Two minutes from a railway station, this is a very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room is perhaps on a smaller side, but the bed was comfortable. On top of the standard in-room amenities such as kettle, filter coffee & teabags, mini fridge, TV, etc., there was a microwave. The bathroom was fine, and there was a hair dryer and also a hair iron. I liked the fact that the entrance was double door, which blocked the noise coming from people passing in the corridor. The drinks bar by the reception offers free non-alcoholic beverages, hot and cold, including good DeLonghi expresso machine.
I hoped to have a bath tub but the room grade I booked didn't come with one. No English channels available on TV.

Unfortunately we didn't eat at the hotel as we got up everyday early to head out. However we had tea & coffee in the room and complimentary tea, coffee and juice down stairs in the lobby. The location was a few minutes walk to the rail station great for travelling to your sights. A great Izakaya just down the road from the hotel that always gave us a warm welcome when we called in for a night cap. the Beer was great.
The room was a bit small. But that seems to be the norm in Tokyo.

Booked 2 standard double rooms as we are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Rooms booked were standard double room (non-smoking). Requested for rooms next to each other and this was provided. Perfect location as only mins walk from the station - great as not too far when you have luggages or when you are tired from day activities that you just want to reach your hotel asap. Quick and easy to navigate to major attraction from the station - only 2 stops to Shibuya. A few Lawsons and Family Mart within a min walk, just across Starbucks. Rooms are small which is normal in Tokyo so we weren’t expecting anything bigger. Rooms are clean, comfortable, good quality sheets and towels, 2 bottles of water supplied daily, western and Japanese breakfast was great start of the day. Only 5 mins walk to Meguro river which was perfect to see the cherry blossoms. Felt safe staying at Meguroholic hotel. Staff were all friendly, check in and check out was quick and easy. They also allowed luggage storage.
Coffee during breakfast is too strong for me.

There was a small bar for beverages like coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc. I loved that! It wasn't too much, but just the right amount of hospitality you can really appreciate. After a long day of traveling, it was really nice to have a warm drink and grab a breath freshener (mouthwash) up to my room. They had a table full of bathroom items you could take right next to the elevator doors. The staff were all very kind and greeted you morning or night upon entry. The hotel sit's on top of an underground jazz restaurant. Both the food and the musicians were amazing. The room itself was compact and well designed with business in mind. I found it quiet cozy as it came with a mini fridge, microwave, tea tray for two, electric tea pot, and even a bidet in the bathroom. Lastly, the location is perfect walking distance less than a block away from convenience stores, several restaurants, Starbucks and the Meguro train station.
For some the room may be small, but I personally liked that. It's just right for a solo or two person trip. There really wasn't anything not to like about this hotel. It's a gem I wasn't expecting to find on booking.

The location was excellent — close to everything we needed. We specifically booked a smoking room, and it was great to have that option. The room was spacious enough to open four large suitcases at once, which made things very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay.
The bed was a little firmer than I’m used to, but overall the stay was great and everything else was perfect.

Breakfast is nice, and one can have a taste of Japan from the early morning, be prepared for rice and fish. There is also the possibility to have a western-style breakfast. Personnel is very helpful, they try to help of every request, e.g. finding and booking restaurants, providing umbrella, getting luggage.
The check-in time is 15:00 local time, this implies that if you arrive in Tokyo in the morning you have to find some activity before check-in. It appears standard practice in Japan, so it might not be specific to this hotel only.
