Very spacious room with great design, ideal when traveling with a lot of suitcases, closet, very comfortable bed, great amenities which were refilled every day, big bathroom, wide window with nice night view, the sofa and table are nice for relaxing or working, and has main as well as ambient lighting. The AC is great (for people sensitive to air current is ideal, as it's not directed to the bed), and even though it was winter, the room was warm and didn't necessarily needed heating. The staff was very kind (especially at the reception bar) and helpful. The location is convenient next to the airport, and there is a direct metro line to some of the central parts of Tokyo.

We chose this hotel because we landed at 10 PM and wanted to be able to get to the hotel fast & hassle-free after a very long flight with 2 young kids, plus queuing at immigration. It was a great choice for the night versus taking a taxi and paying the night surcharge to central Tokyo, in our opinion. The hotel has a free bus shuttle from Haneda, which runs late into the night, is clean, modern, has all the amenities, including pajamas, and the staff is very helpful and polite. Next to the hotel we easily found a 7/11 and a Lawson for late night snacks or breakfast. We had 2 connecting rooms, space was good for 4 people and we had a good night's sleep. No jetlag the next day and we switched hotels to central Tokyo with no issues, in daylight and refreshed.

Everything was fantastic. The reception lady that checked me in was absolutely wonderful. There were a lot of terribly loud tourists and I requested a quiet floor to stay away from them. She assisted me very well and personally brought us an extra blanket to our room. She also gave extra information about the hotel location and made sure we check the view of Mt. Fuji from the window in the morning which was very nice. The shuttle bus to the airport is really convenient and efficient. The hotel information online is wrong as it says they only drop off at terminal 1 but it drops off at all terminals. The first drop off is terminal 3 arrivals. It takes approximately 15 minutes from the hotel. It then goes to terminal 2 and 1. The driver was very good and helpful. If you are going to the hotel on your own it is near the Otori station. Also easy to go to Tokyo from here by train.

Nothing. Everything here is perfect. I highly recommend it.

The coffee was surprisingly good, very smooth.

Breakfast was disappointing, at $35,000 yen was pricy for the limited selection, there were no to order items, only scrambled eggs that was soupy (like oatmeal), roasted potatoes, sausage links, extremely limited amounts of cold cuts & cheese, 2 fruit choices, toast, porage & a couple of other baked goods. I grabbed a cup of juice, coffee, fruits & 2 sausage links; not worth the money for such a limited selection.

Very convenient for the haneda airport limousine. Not very convenient for travel into many of the parts of Tokyo, but I enjoyed Odaiba, Harajuku & Shibuya with travel times of around an hour. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness & interior design of the location. In terms of modern hotels, it was the most beautiful I stayed at during my trip. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable too. There is everything needed when you’re away from home. Close to the airport and the rail is 5 minutes away. Lots of places to eat in the vicinity and a 7-11 across the street. Ideal location!

Clean and new and comfortable. The design is stylish too. The shuttle bus service between the Haneda airport and the hotel.

They don’t even have a vending machine for buying small snacks and drinks. It is especially inconvenient for late checkin guests (late flight arrivals) in midnight time because room service has already closed. Though there is a Lawson shop just opposite the road, due to a long traffic railings installed in the middle of the road separating the two carriage ways, it is actually not possible for pedestrians to cross the road to get to the Lawson shop direct. You have to walk ahead first for about 150 meters then cross the zebra and then walk back for 150 meters in order to get the shop, and then after buying things have to walk back to the hotel via the same route. It is really not a good idea in midnight time with just zero degree in temperature outside.

Clean, modern hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious and had everything I needed. I had a nice view of the train line just behind the hotel, but it wasn’t very noisy at all. The hotel is maybe a 2 minute walk from Ootorii station on the keikyu line to Haneda airport. 30 minutes by train from central Tokyo, and from Yokohama in the other direction. Shinagawa station (e.g. for Shinkansen) is about 15 minutes by train. I stayed for 8 nights and it ended up being the perfect location for what I wanted to do.

We were expecting a good experience being a Mercure Hotel but this surpassed our expectation. From the start when we were greeted by a warm young person even before stepping foot in the hotel. He helped us with our luggage and showed us to reception. Our check in was efficient and enabled us to get up to our room quickly, after a long day travelling. The room was large and well appointed and we loved everything about it. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were exceptional due to the food choices (we really needed quality western food after 15 days in Japan). The staff were lovely and personable, talking with us about our trip and home country. The shuttle bus service was very well organised and we had no doubts about getting to the airport on time early the next morning. Thank you, Mercure for making our last night in Japan so smooth and relaxing.

We would have appreciated laundry facilities and an iron, but actually, we didn't need to launder before going home.

The hotel is beautiful, inside & out. Very modern. We loved how the doors closed - it sounds silly, but they were pretty cool in the lobby. Our bathroom had a unique shower & bathroom combination. Luxurious feel. Location is close to many places to eat. We didn't go to karaoke or play pachinko, but there were such activities nearby. The amenities were generous. The staff were very sweet - we were able to get an early check-in. (Much appreciated after getting up quite early off of a cruise.). The airport shuttle was a nice bonus.

The sound in the morning was a bit loud. Some sort of alarm went off - I'm not even sure where it was coming from. And there were a few random "bangs" heard from other rooms. (I had ear plugs in...)
