1 the mattress is too soft for me not so comfortable 2 the internet is not so fast 3 there was only 2 A/C in the living room and a small air vent in the 2 bed room so the room was hot unless you open the door to the living room all the time 4 all the electric socket is US type and there is only few century that use this type for a place that have tourists normally they use international socket

The Apartment lives up to its name “premium”. The property is comfortable and very clean. It’s located in a quiet place yet near to supermarkets, convenience stores, eateries and a 10 min walk to train station. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Special mention to Mr. Shresta jn the front desk today. He was helpful with our concerns, especially recommendations to dine. He helped us with our and airport transport reservation beyond his duty hours tonight. We would recommend this place to families and friends. We look forward to return to this property in the near future. Keep up the good work. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was our home away from home the last 7 days.

Friendly and helpful staff (Mr Zhang) did a really fantastic job and went the extra mile to provide us a printout of the famous eateries around. Check in was seamless and fuss free. Mr Zhang also helped to make a reservation for our ride to the airport, making it a very easy way home. Hotel is very new, just a few months old. Close to the famous and busy Asakusa shrine street with lots of eateries nearby and a 24 hr supermart just across a few streets.

Some design features of the rooms can be more child friendly, like sliding door instead of a swing door for the bedroom to make more space.

Great location to attractions and train stations. Just a short walk to sensoji temple. Lawsons nearby also another grocery store. Room was big for Japan, very comfortable to come back to after a busy day out. Staff were great with really good English. Comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great. Just one minor thing...it says there are toasters in the room, but there wasn't. No big deal though, we found some cereal for breakfast instead.

Very nice apartment, clean, located walking distance from Asakusa markets and the Senso-Ji temple. The staff held our luggages for us before and after check in. Beds were very comfortable.

There is no key, but codes to get in which they give you at check in. There was a very basic ironing machine which wasn’t doing its job so maybe providing a better one would be best. Also providing a couple of bottles of water would be appreciated. Detergent for using washing machine is not provided.

It was truly wonderful staying at this location. The room was super clean, and everything provided in the room was new and working well. Needless to say, the location is superb…very friendly and kind staff…minutes walk to shopping street/metro station and tourist sites. There were tons of restaurants, and 24hr stores right near the location. We also get to enjoy the night view of Tokyo Skytree up close. We will come back again for sure.

The location was great ! Very close to shopping and cafes and restaurants! Very nice little boutique shops close by too ! We loved staying in asakusa area ! The staff here are very nice and can communicate in English which is helpful . The staff here made our little girl feel very loved and special with their welcome card package and little treats for kids ! Japan shows a lovely affection for kids !

The room is clean. All the appliances are working fine. It is very comfortable to stay for long days here. The washing machine inside the room is very nice, you can wash your clothes anytime. The room is also secured and the key is digital so you don't need to worry leaving the keys behind. The property is also walking distance to tourist spots in Asakusa.

Excellent location on the quieter side of Asakusa yet still very close to all the main sights and a couple of train stations. Lots of options for good food nearby. The rooms are spacious for Japan and we could fit our family of five (with three teen kids). You have everything you need in the apartment - washer, dryer etc. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Having to use sofa beds means there’s nowhere to sit but we are out most of the day anyway.

A rare big apartment space for a family of 4 (no kids under 18). 3 beds and 1 sofa bed. Enough space for us to move around and store our luggage in the closet. It's walking distance to lots of major shops in Asakusa and it's not in a noisy area.

Only downside that is not very close to the metro. Maybe a 10min walk minimum but it feels long after walking the whole day exploring Tokyo 😅
