The location is perfect, close to the subway and several direct lines. If you plan to explore Shinjuku or Shibuya this is a great find (good value). I wouldn't say this is a hotel, more of an apartment to yourself. The staff is amazing and super quick to respond if you have questions or issues. Note, this is an unmanned hotel (everything is digital)

Overall we were happy with the standard, you get what you pay for. However, some surfaces should be properly cleaned and painted. You can observe several water related damages and some spots in the roof (shower area).

It’s well equipped and organized, although the space is limited and we are three adults, we totally feel comfortable in our stay. Location is very good, close to subway and easy to reach attractions and dining places. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

It’s not a problem for us, just be aware that there is no elevator. I had some issues with booking system like received a spam message concern my credit card and received a message like “reservation not found” which worried me but after calling the hotel, the communication with staff reassured me.

The apartment is very clean and was very convenient for our stay in Tokyo as a family. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has just enough things to prepare simple meals. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the place feels very safe and is quiet at night. One thing to note is that this is not a hotel but rather what would be considered an airbnb. There is no reception or staff on site and it's all self-check-in and check-ou. There is no room service, cleaning, etc. available. Just keep that in mind in case you are planning to stay at an actual hotel vs. an airbnb. The apartment is located in a small two-storey building with a total of 4 self-served apartments. Again, great value for money, just not a hotel.

I don't think it should be called 'Rona Hotel' but rather 'Rona apartments' or similar. Just because it can be misleading to some travelers and it's not 100% clear from

Location was great! We were around the corner from a delicious bakery, steps away from the train station and main streets with different restaurants and about two blocks from a large, clean and fully stocked grocery store. The self check-in process was also great, especially as staff did respond in a timely manner.

One of the bedsheets appeared to have menstruation stains, which is a bit gross. The balcony also appeared to have someone else’s sock. For one day, we did not have hot water and there was a back and forth between staff telling us we aren’t pressing the functions correctly but we did and via multiple attempts from 3 different people at different times in the day. It worked again the next day but the cold shower was a bit stressful.

Very convenient place to stay with the family, well communicated and good location! There’s no staff but the communication with the team to check in was great , and they facilitated to leave the luggage earlier.

The cutlery and some kitchen utensils, or to clean was tight. We were there for 5 nights and there was no maintenance so it would had been nice to have something to keep it clean.

Location was good, near a train station to get to bigger stations with more transfers. Loved the shower, it was very clean with great water temperature and pressure. Loved that there were many towels provided, and room service provided when requested. A lot to do in Shinjuku but keep in mind most of that is a 15-25 minute walk away (or 1-2 train stops away). Area isn’t too noisy at night, we slept comfortably. Great air conditioning in room.

Room was tight/small, but that is to be expected in most of Tokyo. We made it work with three people, as we were gone most of the day and back at night to shower and sleep. Think of it more as an apartment room than a hotel. The room would be better for two people but three is doable if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in there besides resting at night.

Located in a quiet area not too far from a station and a 7/11 right nearby the rooms seemed relatively noise proof and the 4 of us had a great stay the beds where clean lots of towels and a great location to explore Tokyo from

Check out at 10:00 and no luggage storage is something to keep in mind Washing machine only and hang drying inside was not very effective unfortunately

A modern furnished room and a nice layout. Had everything we needed. Each bed was accompanied with a lamp and a working charging station. Check in/out is smooth.

Be wary that there are fair number of stairs to climb, but the bigger issue was the stairway was so narrow. Washing machine didn't work for us, left our clothes damp and smelling funny

Great location. Well equipped even though compact. Large balcony (table and chairs would be nice). Washing machine very welcomed. Amazing shower.

No lift and narrow staircase. We were staying on top floor (3rd) and it was difficult taking bags up stairs. Pillows were not good - hard as a rock.

It catered for our family of 4. Local metro train station very close. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Microwave was great for food bought from the local 7-11.

Very tiny. Lucky we are small People. It was very squishy with 4 suit cases. Could hear the people upstairs trampling around at all hours of the night. No elevator so the tight stairs was a challenge to get the luggage up to the 2nd floor.
