This micro apt is in a quiet location but close to the action going towards Shin-Okubo Station. It was easy to walk to Shinjuku. Santuko supermarket was a great stop for groceries and snacks. The futon bed and sheets were very comfortable. Tha A/C and heating unit was occupant controlled. Laundry detergent was provided for the washer. WiFi worked flawlessly. There is a loft with a sitting area with access by a ladder. The only caution that I would give is that the stairs leading to the second floor are steep and are not for the unsteady.

This was a little sweet oasis in Tokyo! It had EVERYTHING you could want to have a happy stay in your own little 'home'. It is down the road from a sento onsen which I loved and about 10 min walk from the Shinjuku bustle so was quiet and calm at night. There were 2 good grocery stores about 3 min away so I was happy to make my own breakfast or cook a nabe dinner some nights and just lay in bed. So convenient for the trains so you can get anywhere fast as well. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Small like almost every places in Tokyo, but very complete as services and furniture/accessories. Cosy apartment for a good value. Definitely an address to keep for Tokyo especially for staying few days.

Not easy to get there, maybe because I arrived when it was already dark and the taxi dropped me off before the right building. Also for a question of space, even if it’s full of furniture and accessories, it was missing a lavabo and I washed my face and teeth in the kitchen’s one. Nothing really difficult when everything is clean and the shower was perfect!

The self check in worked very well for me. The space was small but very well put together and organized. I was quite content to spend hours in the street-level flat with window and light. The loft upstairs was really worth the climb up, just to sit and sometimes have tea. It's a lovely place!

I appreciated the quiet residential neighborhood and nearby park. But if you were hoping to be in wild bright loud shinjuku, it's a 20 minute walk to shinjuku station (not my fave anyway, full of tourists and loud). That said, there is a train station just 5 minutes walk away.

- Top location, 15 minutes walking distance to Shinjuku Station. - If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, you could rather leave your stuff in the open area inside the house or bring your stuff to the office, which isn't far away from the house. The staff is friendly. - The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with locals. - There are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the area. - Uncomplicated self-check-in. Entrance and apartment doors are controlled with PINs. - The apartment is tiny, like the general apartments here in Tokyo Center, but it's equipped with all the necessary things you might need during your stay.

- The only thing that might bother me would be the fact that there's only one sink. You have to brush your teeth and wash your face and hands in the kitchen. But it's not a big deal; it's just a little bit uncomfortable without a mirror. - No elevator is available, and the stairs to the upper floor are narrow. So, if you get the apartment upstairs and travel with a large suitcase, Be aware that you will do some weight training.

Great location, in a quiet area just outside of the busier streets, and good value for money. The mezzanine was great as a separate space. Great customer service and they helped us out with the luggage forwarding service!

The bed is quite narrow for European standards, but the size was described clearly and many beds in Tokyo are a bit more narrow than in Europe, so we knew what to expect. No problem at all for a few nights.

I like the easy check-in and the ability to store bags before and after the stay. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood and very close to the fukutoshin line which is nice for accessing the city but for accessing the airport you need to walk ~18mins to a different station so a bit annoying from initial arrival and departure. Additionally, within a ~15 minute walk you can make it to the kabukicho / golden gai areas which is nice for access.

Could not fault in any way! Amazingly clean and well-looked after accommodation with well-stocked utensils and crockery. The room also has a microwave, kettle, hob, fridge/freezer etc and other nice additions such as umbrellas and cards with the accommodation address in Japanese in case you are out and get into any transport bother! The communication from the accommodation was perfect with VERY clear instructions on check-in and leaving, and frequent messages checking everything was okay with the room. It is a 5 minute walk to Higashi-Shinjuku metro station which has great connections to the city, and a 7-eleven next to it which is ideal for drinks and food on the go. It was in a small residential area which made it quiet and peaceful but you are directly next to the hubbub and craziness of Tokyo which is perfect! The room felt very secure with self check in and a good locking system, and there was an instruction book inside which had clear instructions about air conditioning, local guides etc which was particularly helpful. A truly wonderful stay and I don’t know what more anyone would want from a Tokyo accommodation! Highly recommend, and they even said they would sort the bins for us which is often a struggle when on holiday.

Lovely appartement in a calm residential neighbourhood. The apartment was well equipped and had everything you could need. Albeit a bit small, it was very comfortable. The neighbourhood is calm but 5 minutes by foot away you have the Korean food culture area with amazing Korean restaurants. Supermarket very close by as well.

The walls are quite thin and you hear the neighbours pretty well. I would recommend taking good earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The location is great, it's very quiet yet has easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. The company that manages the property is also very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage at their office before checking in. Even though the apartment is fairly small, it is well laid out and feels larger than it is. The loft is a great place to hang out!

There isn't really a bathroom sink, so you end up using the kitchen sink for everything. The hot water in the shower had some intermittent issues as well.
