Brand new establishment that opened just 2 months ago. Modern thoughtful fittings in the room. Free coffee and the lobby and sweet snacks between 8-10pm every night.

Breakfast options are not great - food is cold and tasteless. Too many four groups from China and can be very noisy and busy. No airport transfer options.

Great location for exploring, comfortable and quiet room, lovely breakfast.

Staff were the least welcoming or helpful people we encountered in Japan! A shame, as it’s really the only negative, but a big one!

Inwas skeptikal when i booked this hotel since it was the cheapest hotel and it wasn’t the tegular 5 star hotel that our family always booked. It definitely blew my mind! It was a walk to the asakusa temple, shopping, Don Quixote and more!! The room was very clean, they had pyjamas ready in our room for all 4 of us and slippers. The room is smaller but was enought for us the bed was comfy and sheets were nice!! I definitely will stay here again instead of staying at other hotels that were 3x the rate of this one!!!

Fantastic location,firm bed which I loved , tiny fridge - big enough for medicine a drink and a snack , 3 min walk to main tourist / shopping area, convenience stores 2 min walk, supermarket and chemist 2 min walk, train stations 3 min and 7 min walk away, very helpful staff, room very clean, good breakfast, washing machines , dryers and a microwave on second floor - also a vending machine for soft drinks and water. Kettle in room and tea coffee available in foyer. Able to store luggage on day of arrival and departure. Can store luggage if stay then do a side trip and return for additional nights . Iron and ironing board available from reception , reception assist with luggage forwarding and fill out the paperwork so you don’t need to work out the forms - wonderful staff at front desk and breakfast

Would be good to have an extra washing machine and drier so no waiting -

The room was small, but functional. There was a comfortable bed, a small desk, and a mini refrigerator. The bathroom had a great walk-in shower with terrific water pressure, plenty of hot water, and five (5!) shower heads. The location is close to the Sensoji Temple, and there is a lot of interesting shopping and places to eat in the area.

This is a popular hotel with tour groups, consequently breakfast was frequently very crowded. It would have helped if the breakfast started earlier, by the time it opened up there was usually a line all the way to the elevator.

Very good location, just 2mins away from Asakusa Station, 7mins away from Don Quijote, there’s a 7eleven across the street, and a supermarket and Lawson nearby. Near Sensoji Temple and Kappabashi St. There’s an airport limousine bus to and from the airports, and the hotel itself provides luggage delivery to and from the NRT/HND airport and other stations via Airporter. Descent size for a city hotel, I like that there’s a space under the bed where you could hide your luggages. They also have a weighing scale at the lobby, and a baggage tag for when you avail luggage delivery.

My hotel room’s wall was a bit dirty, but overall the room was very comfortable. No complimentary water bottles, but there’s complimentary tea and coffee selections at the lobby.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get around. The room was small, but it was sufficient for our needs and we slept very comfortably.

To get to and from the elevator, we had to walk past the smoking room. My airways are sensitive to the smoke, so I noticed this each time.

Great location for exploring Tokyo and short walk to the metro. Close to all the major Asakusa sights. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Great laundry and kitchen facilities, tasty and fresh breakfast selection (and wonderful staff working the breakfast room). The room was an adequate size for our family of 3, and comfortable. We will happily stay here again on our next visit

We appreciated the eco cleaning schedule for the room, but were a bit confused as to what was done each day. For example, tea/coffee amenities weren't restocked as expected. This was minor and didn't impact our enjoyment of the hotel.

Breakfast was great, location is awesome, just 2-5 mins walk from all Asakusa stations. Don Quito, Uniqlo, Sensoji temple at stones throw away distance, so many great eateries and Lawson's , 7 eleven are just walking distance. Staff is courtious, helpful.Rooms are neat, quiet and comfortable. Night dress, slippers, Toiletries , towels are provided and replenished every day. Laundry facility, microwave, ice vending machine are provided on 2nd floor. Every evening 8pm-10pm a complimentary snack is offered. We had donuts and sweet potato madelein during our stay. All in all highly recommend this place.

Small as are most hotels, comfortable, clean, friendly helpful staff

Lack of top sheet. Not enough coat/ bag hooks, 4 would be best and separate to 2 for clothes hangers. Given the size of rooms, a comfortable lounge would be beneficial, with sofas, the option of sitting in the dining area is not very comfortable.The printout about a taxi then train to Narita airport needs correcting. Taxi 1400Yen not 1200. Total fare on train is 2570Yen, not 1270 as the 1300Yen for a reserved seat is not optional.
