The rooms were beautiful and spacious. (Rare for Tokyo!) The beds were so comfortable and the staff were lovely. It was fantastic to have a connecting room with our kids. (put in a request for this) Overall a beautiful stay. The photos and website do not do the hotel justice at all, it is far nicer in real life.

It is very expensive. The restaurants are especially expensive. The dinner buffet was not very good, a strange array of dishes without accompaniments. For example, roast beef with no vegetables or potatoes. Also, there is no pool which would be great in summer.

Location and interior is really good.

Most of the staffs were nice but not the one who had checked us in at the front desk. She was kind of rude while checking my booking. She insisted that I had only booked one rooms instead of three even though I already showed her my booking information. It took her a really really long time to check my booking again in office and leaving my whole family just standing there feeling ignored. I am quite disappointed for such a famous brand as Westin having this kind of unprofessional staff as the front desk.

Location and special holiday decorations. Huge Thanks for the birthday card with goodies and swan shaped towels made it memorable & special .
