Location was good, 10 minutes walk from Kinosaki Onsen Station and around public bath/ onsen points.

I had to do as double futon bed sanwich to make it more comfy. Annex site doesn't has elevator, then we had to carry big bagages by ourself to 2nd and 3rd floor. No shower room and frige in the room, but the staff provided a card for outside public bath/onsen points with free of charge.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Kinosaki. The best location and beautiful traditional Japanese style room. We loved it here and wished we could have stayed longer! Staff were wonderful, helpful and went above and beyond.

The vibe of the room was roykan and all the things made us feel the experience we wanted

Good and quiet location, spacious tatami room, and good WiFi. Communal microwave, fridge and coin laundry provided in the utility room. Onsen meguri pass and yukatas etc. provided.

Very large room given the price, very friendly staff, and gave all the onsen essentials (Yukata, towels, etc.)

A bit cold walking to and from the checkin and the place.

The room was amazing, spacious, drinkable water and everything was nearby.

Some little issues with the heater, unable to get it to work properly .

There wasn’t much breakfast options and explanations to navigate around the area

Yukatas were provided for our family of four, and location is very central with spacious room. Very clean space.

In the center of the town

Not in main building, at the back of the main building. No basket for bring towel to onsen.

Our 4YO son didn’t get his own futon so it was a bit of a squeeze
