We enjoyed a restful stay here and felt welcomed during the check-in. Our room was comfortably large, especially the wonderful bathroom (the toilet was separate, very welcomed). Breakfast set choices were limited but of good quality and deliciously warm when served to our room at the agreed time. Bathroom amenities were extensive plus the welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch of omotenashi. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Just a small comment that our rental car's GPS couldn't find the hotel's car park (which was ample and even had EV charging lots).

One of the highlights of the stay is the breakfast service. Breakfast is conveniently sent to the room, allowing guests to enjoy their first meal of the day in the comfort and privacy of their own space. However, it must be noted that the presentation and quality of the food could benefit from some improvement. While the convenience of the service is appreciated, the aesthetic appeal and the taste of the breakfast offerings could be enhanced to match the high standards set by the rest of the hotel.

Modern clean and really well priced .We didn't have the breakfast but all other facilities we used were excellent .

One very short thing We stayed a few days then I booked a further night online and paid online .At reception I had to pay extra to remain in the same room but if we had moved to another it would have been the cheaper price I paid online .It seemed a bit odd but I paid the difference .It is always worth noting should anyone else do the same thing .Otherwise it was an excellent stay .

Although i read from reviews that it’s a love hotel, it still felt very safe and the area is not dodgy even at night. there are many restaurants around the area as well, with a kindergarten and playground nearby too! the bed is very comfortable and room is a good size. there was also free coffee and snacks in the lobby as welcome drinks and snacks! staff were very friendly too

the sink’s water flow is too slow, but probably due to the pipes being smaller in an older building.

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at during our trip in Japan. The room was huge, it had all kinds of creams, shower gels and hair products. It was super clean, had central heating which was nice in the winter. The bed was large and really comfortable. The bathroom was also great and clean. The people in the reception were very nice and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Overall, the hotel had a really good value for money, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

Very practical no-frill hotel: good room size, free parking (walking distance from train station), fast check-in, fast self check-out, free coffee and snacks, fast wifi. Some say this is love hotel, probably because it has short stay (3 hours) rental. However, both the lobby and the room looks just like a normal hotel to me.

No place for breakfast nearby. The only choices seems to be either have breakfast in the hotel or buy from the convenient store.

Everything! If only we could stay longer we would. I like how spacey the room is and comfty. The receptionist are really nice too!

The shower door room was transparent 😅 I felt like not enough privacy when showering. If only they have shower curtain it'll be nice thou it was really spacey and I love the shower head!

Everything. Very clean, well laid out and comfortable. Breakfast served in our room was a treat. The little extras were very thoughtful. The separated bathing and beauty area and the huge bedroom area was exceptional by Japanese standards.

Nothing. Bit of a walk to the train station so it could be difficult if raining.

Very big and clean rooms! Near JR Wakayama station, so easy to reach. If you come by car, free parking spaces are available. Rooms had all we needed.

Just a few small things. Breakfast is served in the room and can be not available if you didn't book it when booking the room. We didn't book it and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that it's already fully booked. The room consists of a hallway, a shower/ bathtub room and the main room. The room with the shower and bathtub has a transparent door 😂. But it's not accessible through the mail room but through the hallway, so you can have a bit of privacy. Still a bit surprising though. Frankly speaking we think at some point the hotel might have been a love hotel - in which case the transparent doors, really big bathtub and breakfast served in the room would make sense (but this is only our guess!). Staff could not speak English very well.

This hotel is new and provides complimentary parking. Rooms are big compared to the average Japanese hotels. Welcome drinks and snacks are also available during check-in. Room service are reasonably priced and value for money.

This hotel also provides 3-hourly package. However, we did not encounter any issues during our 3 nights' stay.
