- staff were hospitable and helped us bring luggage up the stairs - rooms were clean and comfortable - salonia hair dryer provided was very good

- no elevator which was not stated anywhere in the description. Not suitable for those on a long trip with big luggage or with elderlies. - mostly catered towards domestic guests interested in food and wine, not so much general overseas visitors. - the blinds were rather flimsy and did not do much to keep the room dark (or private), bring eyeshade if you’re sensitive - food smell from the restaurant can be quite strong when you enter the corridor - 3 parking spots behind the hotel gets filled up quickly so ask staff for additional parking spots further down the road.

The dinner with the tasting menu had very unusual combinations and was very tasty. Would definitely recommend. We also tried the wine pairing and the sommelier did a wonderful job explaining the different wines from the region. The room was modern and spacious.

Great location, 2 min walk to Nikka Whiskey Distillery and 1min walk from train station. We didn’t try the restaurant downstairs but it looked beautiful

Hidden Gem of Hokkaido. You can try amazing food and famous wines from local wineries, sommelier works great. Thanks for the experience that we didn’t expect!

The design of the hotel is very chic. The room is big and the beds are comfortable. It is tight opposite to JR station. Nikka Whisky is just nearby,

We tried to have dessert in the hotel but the restaurant said they had nothing to offer.

Great location and just one minutes walk from JR train station. Staff is helpful and nice. Free parking space are provided.

The walls weren't painted, which I suppose isn't a problem, but it felt unfinished.

Excellent location near the station, awesome restaurant with mind-blowing wine pairing. Manager Kuratomi is an excellent host and sommelier and made our experience all the more enjoyable.
