Overall the resort was very good, they even changed my reservation from mountain view to sea view without extra charge

I used to tip the waiters even though the resort charges for service already, cause they really work hard , but Ezedeen the waiter around the pool was rude and embarrassed me, he stayed next to me quite for long time asking me to try this and that cause he asked the kitchen service to make it better for me, and then giving me that face ( dont you want to tip me for making every thing better) btw the order was wrong

Everything about this hotel surpasses all my previous hotel experiences. Everything is perfect and in its place. The staff is more than wonderful—they do the impossible to satisfy the guest. The relationship with each guest is personal. From the moment I entered to check in, starting with the amazing Fadi Kilani who went above and beyond to meet my needs and provided outstanding service, to the clean and well-organized rooms. The food was exclent. The service teams at the pools, bars and dining areas—Laith, Ghaith, and all the women and men working with them—I sincerely thank them from the bottom of my heart. They delivered a high level of service and were dedicated to the comfort of the guest. The hotel is wonderful for children, and the pools are amazing. Simply put, if I decide to travel again, Movenpick Tala Bay will be the first place that comes to mind. Perfect.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of road trip in Jordan. We had a perfect few days at the Movenpick. We had a deluxe king room overlooking the top (adult)pool. The room was large and facilities great. The resort was very quiet whilst we were there which awesome for us. We got a pick of the sun loungers, the lifeguards were very attentive moving the parasols for us as needed. The pools and lazy river are beautifully laid out with stunning flowers and foliage throughout the resort. We were on a half board basis so had breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. The food was plentiful, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. We ate lunch in the pool restaurant and enjoyed club sandwiches, caesar salad here. You are given pool towels. We didn't go in the ocean much as there were many jelly fish, but the beach is clean and has plenty of sun loungers. We did some water-sports and took a snorkel trip with the dive school onsite. This would be a great resort to stay so much longer :)

Everything was really good, the pools, the staff, the life guard Mohammed and the chef was very friendly and helpful, he surprised my husband with a birthday cake and all of the staff participated celebrating the surprise we arranged for him. The dinner should be more varied, breakfast was excellent. Regarding the location, despite the long distance we discovered that they have shuttle day and night hours to the city center for free which was great.

What can I say, the hotel, the staff, everything was simply amazing ! Special Thanks for Mr Anas Khaled and the staff that made our stay a delight ! I will definitely return to this hotel!

A bit far from the city centre, although there are shuttles but it's not enough and we had to use taxis all the time which costs a lot of money , other than that the WiFi is really really slow .... so if you're planning to use the WiFi for work and such, don't count on it ... that's about it.

The place really pretty the breakfast good the beach the pool were really nice and clean we enjoyed staying here the place far from the city center but they have shuttle from the hotel to the center and way back almost two hour different and this really help instead of the expensive taxi in general the place really good for family and kids alot of games around the place to enjoy your time thank you

Every thing was good

We had a fantastic stay at the Movenpick Tala Bay. As we had a car, it was easy to get to from the centre of Aqaba. The room was huge as we received a complimentary upgrade and had a great view of the Red Sea. The gardens are beautifully kept and so are the swimming pools. The private beach is clean and looked after although I recommend having swim shoes for walking in the water as the edge is stony. The breakfast was fantastic and so was dinner. The staff were all brilliant, attentive and always trying to help. Thank you to the receptionists who organised a birthday cake for my wife and for allowing us a late checkout. I will certainly recommend to anyone to come and stay at the Movenpick Tala Bay and enjoy this fantastic experience.

Everything was fantastic.

This is our third time at the hotel and not the last time. The hotel is clean and highly maintained. The team is very kind and very nice. The place is perfect for holiday with children. Lots of pools, large and well maintained public area, a neat and accessible private beach. Highly recommended.

The hotel was largely populated with Israelis. It would have be nice if there were also Israeli television channels. In addition, nothing will happen if at the entrance to the hotel, there be the Israeli flag alongside the flags of the other countries.

We had a wonderful stay due to the dedicated staff working at this hotel. Mohammed from reception, Ezzaldan from the beach, Rana, Yassa and Doa from the kitchen and the coffee. They have all been wonderful to make our stay one to remember. Also, I have never seen such divers breakfast buffet. Every day there were different options, including a lot of healthy options. Its a pity I have a tiny stomach:) The pools are also huge, whether its crowded or not. There is always place for everybody and enough staff is walking around to support you. Lastly, the spa experience was incredible. Don't miss out on these facilities and massage from Dewi. It was the best I had in years. I almost forgot the wonderful entertainment crew. Loved the Aquagym in the pool and their enthousiasm towards children!!! The distance between the hotel and city centre of Aqaba is also easy 18-minute drive if you want to visit the souks.

Nothing. Everything was perfect from the hotel. Sometimes it is only a pity that some guests at breakfast take so much food to their table and don't eat it. Of course this has nothing to do with the hotel, staff always stay polite. But I just write it here as a reminder for guests, just walk 2 or 3x to the buffet rather than taking stuffed plates of food that you will not eat. It is a waste, also for the hotel. Please consider the environmental consequences of your actions.
