A great hotel for a visit to Almaty. It was in a convenient central location. We were welcomed warmly by the reception girl who spoke excellent English and explained everything clearly. We had been given a complimentary upgrade to our room booked which we were very grateful for. The rooms were very good size and spotlessly clean.and everything worked well. The breakfast had a good variety of items for everyone. We ate an evening meal at the hotel and that was of a good standard. We would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Almaty.

The lights in the bedroom had so many connections it was confusing when you only wanted one switched on. The over bath shower was excellent, but the bath was very deep and had no hand rails so would not be suitable for everyone.

Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast, rooms are clean and complete with amenities, view is great if you get facing the mountains , plus point is free access to indoor wading pool.

Half the hotel is refurbished to modern ID, the back half still feels somewhat 90s, not sure how they are allocated. Not so luggage friendly entrance, straight up a staircase with no ramp.

The place was super-clean and cozy; the bed was very comfortable; special thanks for an ergonomic chair and a nice desk with excellent internet connection! I also leved the pool and the sauna - warm water, dry sauna and fantastic staff!!! All facilities were very clean. The breakfast was also very good.

Great location close to lots of sights and restaurants. Excellent value with large selection buffet breakfast included. Good clean pool with 2 lanes although quite warm at 29 degrees and busy weekday mornings. Staff all friendly and some with excellent English much appreciated. Room always well cleaned.

This is a very comfortable hotel, and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate guests. Restaurant has very convenient hours for three meals.

A prepared list of museums with hours, nearby restaurants, and city sights would be very helpful.

The location is very central, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, supermarket etc..choice of 2 double beds in one room ( works with family perfect). I have stayed here multiple times. For Muslims, there's a Muslim shower/shattaf in the toilet!!

This is a generally good 4-star hotel with a good clean swiming pool, a well-equipied gym, small sauna, and big balconies on the 6th floor. The breakfast is fine, espresso and capicino are good, the cleaning qulity is nearly excelent, the bed is big and comfortable.

There are two main problems: 1. The quality of Wi-Fi. The Internet often did not work at all for half an hour, and generally the speed was quite low most of the evening time, so I could not stream the video that I needed. 2. The second problem was insects on the floor in the reastaurant where the breakfast was. I noticed them twice, it was quite disgusting, and I tried not to look at the floor since then.

International standard hotel with comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, nice quiet location and friendly staff.

Attracts a lot of bus tourists and airline staff and hence at tines the lobby looks like a train station. However check-in is smooth and efficient nevertheless.

Clean, comfortable rooms, great staff, good breakfast, location walking distance to metro and other sites. Restaurant was also good. Gym and pool looked nice but did not use.

Not much to complain about. Water temperature in shower extremely hot even at cold readings but cooled down in a bit.

The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and polite. Rooms and toilet are spacious.

Property is situated in a very small road and difficult for the car to enter and exit. Room service is not so great. every time I call for a request English speaking staff was not available and a later English speaking staff has to call back. I had 15 mins of power cut while staying there which I never experienced in a 4 star hotel.
