Ample space and comfort. Good service.

- The rooftop terrace requires shading, e.g. by means of sails to: a) provide shade when using the rooftop, but above all, b) to prevent the ceilings of the bedrooms below from getting hot and radiating the heat into the rooms during the night. Currently, it is an energetic nightmare to have to operate noisy air-conditioning throughout the night to counter the heat radiation of the bedroom ceilings. - water for showering could have been a bit warmer - although not included in the offer; it would have been fantastic for the existing hot tub/jacuzzi to be functional.

We have visited this hotel many times. Caro is a professional and excellent host. She is one of the best hotel managers in Diani Beach. Caro always goes the extra mile to ensure we have a comfortable stay. The staff are professional and friendly from housekeeping to security. The hotel is secure and safe, and the facilities from the gym to the spa are fantastic. Eddie who is also one of the Managers is also a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I enjoyed the stay immensely, there were a few issues however they weren't significant enough to sour my vacation.

I was expecting the jacuzzi tub which was non functional and I was very disappointed by this.

We try holiday annually i like the ambience and the quiet nature of the place

The flies - i think abit more cutlery in the kitchen wld also help - the toilet flush in one of the rooms kept breaking down, it was annoying

The property is beautiful, very comfortable. 

It’s quite a distance from the beach she will have to take transportation to the beach. It’s not walkable.

Very family friendly - spacious, well-furnished and with a massive pool with 2 toddler pools.

Service/responsiveness to requests could have been better.

Fantastic place. It's actually quite close to the beach even though it's not beachfront. The pool is clean and fun, the landscaping is absolutely incredible, and the villas are huge and spotless. Staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. Very good value for money, and highly recommended to anyone. We will be back!

The Olympic size pool was amazing. The property was very quaint and had a well tended garden. Beautiful architecture.
