The Villa Luxury Suites Hotel is an oasis in Diani and a real insider tip far away from mass tourism. We spent a few very relaxing days there. The staff are very friendly and you immediately feel at home. We had a small, private pool to relax in and the large, well-maintained pool in the complex is ideal for sporty swimming. You can reach the beach on foot in just a few minutes and then go for long walks on the beach. We can also recommend the cuisine on offer at The Villa Luxury Suites Hotel andthe massages in the spa with masseuse Nelli are particularly recommended. We are already looking forward to our next stay there.

My suite was exquisite. Spacious, air-conditioned, impeccably prepared. The bed was massive and very comfortable, and I enjoyed having the option of taking a dip in my private pool. I used the larger communal pool in the daytime. The art/ decor is amazing throughout. Staff were really pleasant and helpful - shout out to the lady and gentleman at reception and Alan at the pool

Toiletries provided were not quite sufficient. The air-con also went off when the power supply was disrupted overnight. The place is not near the beach (or anything really) so you have to uber around - that was not a problem for me, but it's worth knowing. Stuff looks like its nearby, but you can't really walk anywhere in the heat, and through the isolated/ bushy surrounds of the property

Beautiful quiet property, friendly staff, handy location if beachfront doesn’t matter to you. We loved having a room with a private pool, and the main pool is stunning too.

Staff were sometimes overbearing- for example my husband and I had a snack by the main pool, then my husband returned to our room and was followed by a staff member (right into the room!) to sign for the food and drinks, even though I was still out there enjoying my snack and would have ordered more if they’d asked (and the whole booking was in my name anyway). For a small boutique resort it was often difficult to feel your personal space was respected. Very limited drinks on offer. We dined in the restaurant once and found it to be an uncomfortable experience. Room in general felt damp at all times and wasn’t very clean when we arrived.

What a hidden gem! We spent a whole week because it was so quiet and good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is big and the garden is well maintained. The hotel only has about 10 rooms and we had a few nights where we were the only guests or only 2-3 rooms booked, which was good for us but bad for the hotel and employees. I hope they get more work in high season. The breakfast was ok but every day the same: eggs and bacon, fruits, toast, oats, pancakes. The restaurnat in the evening was excellent in quality but a bit expensive in comparison to outside restaurants. But I would definitely book again. And all personnel were very nice and accomodating.

The bathroom has only a curtain as a door. The service was really slow and scarce during the day at the pool. The breakfast and dinner options could do with a bit more variations.

You will receive everything you expect from a stay rated 9+/10!!! The beds are comfortable. The rooms, pool, and grounds are well maintained. The pool is very large and deep for those who enjoy swimming. There is shade available all day if you like to relax. The air conditioning works well in the room and is maintained - no musty smell. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk across the road. The breakfast is good. We also had dinner one evening which was also exceptional- but opted to eat out and explore the area the rest of our trip.

We've stayed in multiple Kenyan rooms and could not figure out hot water- with the humidity, you don't really need it. We got used to tepid water for our showers. The water pressure was great. The pool is open from 8am-6pm only- no evening dips which would've felt refreshing after a long day out. On the positive side, this kept the facility quiet and calm.

They say the best things happen when you least plan or expect them, and that’s exactly what happened with this accommodation. We changed our travel plans, canceled a previously booked stay, and ended up at this hotel through a last-minute offer—a slice of paradise on earth, because that’s exactly what this place was. From the outside, you’d never guess the gem waiting within. The hotel is, of course, exclusive, and the price is higher than what we paid this time, but every bit of luxury offered is worth it. The interior design is top-notch—stylish decor, elegant furniture, and stunning artwork on the walls, which I eagerly captured in my photos. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and warm. The breakfast was like that of a five-star hotel. The in-room refrigerators were stocked with complimentary refreshing drinks. On a warm evening, under the glow of torches, we sat on the beautiful balcony as a family and reflected that this place and this evening would likely remain in our memories for a lifetime.

Lovely decor, great artwork, attention to detail. Boutique style ambiance, fantastic garden and pool area. Our room was fabulous, own private terrace with outdoor bath ( filled either bubble bath and rose petals on valentines night) , all the staff were great - super friendly and very helpful. We really loved our stay in The Villa and Diani Beach is a great wee town with utterly amazing beaches! I would highly recommend staying in the Villa Luxury Suites Hotel.

The staff was very friendly, very helpfull. Nice swimmingpool, garden & poolbeds. The rooms were very tastefully decorated. A great quiet place. I liked the vibe of the place. The manager really takes care of every detail.

The staff was very friendly, the only exception was the gateman: This 'muscle workout'guy was the most unfriendly guy I ever met. Could not produce a smile on his face and kept this hostile attitude for our whole stay. I don't understand why they put somebody at the gate. Guests should be welcomed, no ? A smile or a friendly face doesn't cost anything.....

This Gem of Paradise is exceptionally beautiful, very private and breathtaking. I stayed with my sister for a number of days to celebrate my birthday.. Its the best decision and will be returning back soon.. the suites have a private pool, and there is an additional pool for the entire establishment. Few minutes away from the beach, hypermarket. You will be overwhelmed by the views both indoor and outdoors, a private bar and very cozy restaurant to dine in within the hotel! There is soo much more to say, just visit and experience it yourself! Last but not least they have amazing friendly, professional staff, thank you Mike, Asia & David of housekeeping .

I usually stay here when I come to Diani. It's a small boutique hotel, the most tastefully decorated place I have found in the area – just gorgeously simple, with attention to small details. The staff are so friendly it feels like home and really go out of their way to make sure I have a good stay every time. The food was delicious and fresh, and the beds and pillows are super comfy, which is quite a rare find!
