The property has the potential of being a World Class hotel when it’s upgraded and given a proper touch up. All the Staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful always ready to let a hand…. (Apart from the Beachfront staff who mainly ignored the all inclusive guests but concentrated on the paying guests) All the meals were amazing the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner had lots of varieties and options for fruits, vegetables and porridges for breakfast including the African porridge.

All the Sea view rooms were not being used and the services at the Beach view bar and restaurant are very Limited for those who have paid all inclusive, this should be explained at the booking. All inclusive tend to be really ignored at the beach front bar which I found not very fair.

Activity bookings through the hotel are a serious issue The hotel uses a third-party operator named Peter who scams guests with prices marked up by 100% or more Peter was dishonest and misleading His company is a scam and should be avoided completely Guests are much better off booking excursions directly online or through trusted local providers

The pools. The view. The beach. To sum up- the location. Clean and well kept.

Wifi did not work most of the time. The food was ok but nothing special. The beach bar was not so good, the staff was unmotivated, half of the items on the menu not available and they kept us waiting one and half hour for a lunch…keep saying Hakuna Matata, which to us was not the case any more after waiting so long with a hungry child 😅 the car that was picking up from the airport did not have functioning AC, that was dreadful. Lastly there are too many agressive monkeys everywhere. The place is ok just not as good as expected with quite some little shortcomings that make your stay less pleasant.

Amazing hotel with big territory, beautiful views, friendly staff and excellent food! Great location. The beach is super - the best one. Pools are also super. The food is excellent. Very good entertainment program. And... many monkeys.

During the late check in, the receptionist held back our passports. And nobody from the personnel next 5 days didn't tell us that our passports are still at the reception, even during the check out... Must pay attention.

Food was great, and people were super friendly and helpful. Location on the best part of Diani beach. The All inclusive was ok.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the amount of beach boys on the beach trying to sell tours and other things can be a little overwhelming. I was not prepared for such situation.

Very big territory with amazing gardens, pools, ponds. Connected Golf Resort with very affordable prices. Spacious rooms. Guarded beach. Live music in the evening. The best food we had on our 2 weeks trip in Kenya. I am talking only about buffet restaurant for B&B, HB and FB. Indian dishes are finger-licking. Other restaurants are not so good. Good team of animators to play volleyball, table tennis, etc. Right at the beach, but mind tides schedule - don't think you'll be able to swim the entire day. Of course it refers to the whole coast, not to the hotel.

Huge problem with WiFi, It is a disaster. I am not talking about watching TV series online. It was not possible to work anywhere not only in the room. Their networks are like a mirage. Disappearing every second minute. Hope the management will do something in the nearest future. Beware monkeys, don't leave anything on the balcony and close sliding doors.

The Seaview was amazing. Loved the roaring ocean sounds and the strong ocean waves from 2 pm. I loved the wild opulence that comes with Diamond. Friendly staff, and the environment was serene. Definitely enjoyed my stay. And oh yes, the monkeys stole my coconut fruit, and they couldn't keep their hands away from the sugars.

Only had an issue with interruptive calls from reception and an unfortunate incident of one of the receptionists who seemed rather unfriendly or unattentive. But hey, had a great time.

Breakfast was great, good variety. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Loved the many swimming pools and access to the beach.

Staff were a bit overwhelmed during breakfast, maybe the facilities should be prepared for bigger numbers especially during the holidays

The check in and check out was very slow. Room cleanliness excellent. The restaurant had plenty of food and choices, a good variety and the tea was an amazing way to get a snack between breakfast and dinner. The chef himself comes and check everyday at every meal the food.

However, I wound not consider the resort a 4 stars. The resort was lacking entertainment for kids (a part TV and playstation). The gym was closed and not much opportunity to do exercise.There are several people singing or doing acrobatic performances at the beach and the hotel should consider to hire them to keep the guests entertained in the evening and help the local community. The first day we highlighted at reception that some monkey did poo on the stairs and the receptionist asked me what i wanted her to do? I think was clear we wanted to have it clean but maybe they are used to live within excrements. Staff at reception had a sort of attitude mix of a passive aggressive one, which I did not really like!

Swimming pool .. beach had amazing security Food was good .. excellent Room service was fast and effective Checkin and check out was fast Security was top notch

Loved it ❤️❤️ but provide shower robes , slides and iron box without us having to call reception. Fix the washrooms .. they clog ..,, Wi-Fi is pathetic for w gold resort Put A\c In restaurants Juice and water should be inclusive when you book half board or above !!!
