Above all, Friendly staffs especially Francis and Nelly they were quite helpful when the toilet at room B4 leaked and the floor flooded with water. They helped us to vacate to room B2. The security, waitresses and receiptionist were friendly to us too. We made friends with hotel guests like Mr. Gregor. The monkeys, colobuses and cats were very much lovely too. Swimming pool was nice, good accessibility on road, good breakfast, comfortable beds too.

Disfunctional toilet that leaked water to our suitcases making our clothes wet. House keepers never report if something is broken in the rooms. Bulb for bedroom didn't work and we had to use the lamp. Air conditioning not working well. Stained old towels and some are torn being given to guests to use

The pool was excellent and the staff were really helpful and kind. My kids loved the breakfast especially the amazing pancakes. The hotel was very close to the beach and the staff organised a lovely tour guide called Vincent to take us around and he took us to go snorkeling, local tribal forest, a snake park and and to get clothes made.

No complaints

Nice big pool, good breakfast and good food at the restaurant. Lots of good nearby restaurants, Leonardo's and Pizzeria Da Aniello.

The cleaning staff just made the bed.. with the same sweaty sheets. There was a lack of service near the pool.. in 4 nights we only got served once. One of the guards was complaining we were playing loud music when leaving the compound at 8pm (it was a bluetooth speaker used *in* my car). We had a big altercation, he told us to talk to management about loud music, they confirmed quiet hour is 10pm. What an absolute ass.

the wifi was very slow,its just useless, only at the restaurant its working a litle, so if you do some business you need to take with your own router, and maybe some more english/scandinavian tv-channel,to many germans...

I was pleased with the way I was welcomed and attended to by front desk staff. Overall staff at Morning star were very approachable and willing to help.

I can’t point fingers to specific staff but I felt like some staff are dishonest. I did drop some cash from my pocket just from dinning area to the pool. I realised the incident early enough and even reported the matter but all were in vain. Someone must have picked the cash and decided to keep it for themselves. That was so unfortunate.

Pool was so good,and bathing area.apartment super and view. Breakfast wonderful.easy access to places around. Bed nice.lovely friendly people mostly.people at reception so nice.

The shower was unpredictable.and hard to get an happy medium,either too hot or too cold.fiddly. An information sheet in the room would have been nice.of the resort and what excursions available.

Poor Wifi connection We thought the apartment would be nicer. The roomers are much more modern and renovated compared to the apartments. It’s a different experience for us Vs. Our family who were in the apartments
