The staff. There's a culture of genuine kindness and helpfulness across the board. There's always a warm greeting and helping hands awaiting you at the doorway by Krishna, Arjita, Sameer, Deepak, Nilesh, Afjal and team. Get to the Reception and you will meet with Murari, Parth, Ashfaq, Mrunal - and their team. They make check-in seamless and efficient. The Housekeeping staff too is accommodating and so good at their job. But my favourite place is Food Exchange. Over our several visits, I have had the privilege and pleasure of connecting with these lovely folks who unhesitatingly go thr extra mile and worthy of mention : Chefs Tejas and Roshan, Sous Chef Madan, Deepika, Gaurav, Pratap, Kavitha, Shiv, Sharayu, Sakshi, Ruthie, Kashmeri - not forgetting the amazing kitchen staff. Kudos to you all, and may you continue to serve with such high standards.

Wow!!! What a breath of fresh air. Traveling for business, we’ve been staying at another very well known hotel chain in Mumbai (and India) since 2009 and decided to try Novotel International Airport Hotel as their ratings (and rates) were very good. In my opinion, this hotel should be classed as a 7 star hotel and not a 5 star hotel. We traveled all over the world but have never experienced this type of care and service. Every one has been exceptional and the people that really stood out for us after a week of staying at this hotel was the 4th floor housekeeping staff, Sanket with in-room dinning, Siddhi and Kanul, Sandhiya, Shif, Kavita and Shubam in the restaurant where we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner each day. They made us feel at home and had memorable interactions with each of them. The chefs are amazing and cater to all needs and taste experiences. Dee (Deepika) at guest relations was awesome and helped me make a birthday very special. We can’t wait to get back to India to enjoy this authentic Indian hospitality again. This is my highest rating for a hotel in Mumbai and would give them 100 stars if I could.

The staff at Novotel Mumbai Internal Airport are fantastic. They made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful city view. The staff members were very friendly and always available to support. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and the room service was very fast. The hotel is situated very near to the Airport and has easy access to public transport. The breakfast buffet had so many options and we also enjoyed the in room dining as the food served were hot and delicious. Special thanks to Kashmiri, Vinit, Deupka, Jijas, Kunal, Avdhoot and Mrunal for being so hospitable and kind. The room, reception area, lobby and the dining area was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended for families.

We were there to ring in a special 45th bday and the room was done up to welcome us with that vibe. The staff and hospitality were top notch, including each request we made was met with a smile and a certain eagerness to please.. not just as their duty or responsibility. Rahul from the lounge, the restaurant staff and Aayush from reservations.. thank you for making our stay so comfortable and one to remember.

A cup of tea.. that’s the only place Novotel failed to impress. Being an Indian, a cup of tea is not just a beverage, it’s an emotion especially if it’s in the morning. Didn’t expect a bitter tasteless one from such an established hotel catering to guests from around the world!

Staff pays great attention to detail. Inquires about quality and any needs to each and every client. Mr. Vinayak at the breakfast counter always has a smile and ensures everyone is satiated. I was pleasantly surprised by Ms. Anju at the reception. We had a small chat in December after which I've stayed at the hotel 3 times but hadn't seen her. She immediately recognized and we had another nice chat. Splendid!!! She's senior admin material!!

1. No smoking rooms 2. Foods is really expensive, though delicious 3. The prices in the hotel app are ALWAYS EXPENSIVE compared to 3rd party websites. That's a pity!!

We had a comfortable and convenient stay at Novotel near Mumbai Airport. The location is perfect for anyone looking to be close to the airport, and the property itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. What really stood out to us was the service – especially from Ajay and Deepak. Both were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They were always on hand to assist with anything we needed, and their professionalism and warm demeanour made a real difference. Whether it was helping with our bags, guiding us through the hotel, or just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, they both went above and beyond. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again – big thanks to Ajay and Deepak for making us feel so well looked after!

Polite and professional, helpful staff. Fantastic food in both room service, restaurant and also in breakfast, high variety. This hotel makes you feel good, it has an amazing pool with nice view on rooftop, luxurious rooms, minibar, fantastic bath with both shower n tub, hairdryer, comfy bad, nice view from room, big mirrors, modern furniture, nice AC and super friendly stuff, highly recommended. Oh and extra thumbs up for the security ppl working outside the hotel, they do a wonderful job, keeping everyone at the hotel safe, and being very polite and professional while doing so. You feel like a star when u stay at this hotel, n its real close to airport too :)

I loved everything.

It was a bumpy start. After messages indicating that I'd be arriving in the early hours of the 22nd, I'd hoped that a room would be kept or that I'd be informed that a room was not available at that hour. I was too tired to get the reception clerks name but he was polite and promised me a room soon. It took a couple of hours, but I was given a room. However, I felt overcharged for the room since it was of a lower grade than my booking, and I was charged the same as my booking. All's well that ends well, and the room was impeccable as always. Missed the lobby decorations this time. I also wish the extra day be credited to my accor account.

the hotel was clean, and the internet and AC worked well. The rooms are big. Staff helpful.

the weekend i stayed, the terrace lounge bar was booked for a private event on both days. thus, the lounge and bar facilities were not accessible. There is nowhere you can go around the hotel, it's on a busy road. it is a single building and nothing around the hotel. The hotel does not have any garden areas. good for a short stay but if you are staying longer than 2 two days then you need to rethink.

As an international traveler on business, the location is brilliant for me. Just 5 mins (10 with traffic) from the international airport. Check in is easy. The hotel has gone eco friendly on a lot of little amenities and it is visible. Breakfast & Dinner buffets were excellent. Lots of Indian and International choices. Good gym for a business traveler and overall value for money. Will be a regular.

The WiFi - the wifi is fast & reasonable but cuts off between the room & the gym or breakfast etc. One has to click on the wifi to reconnect again. A small hassle as I inadvertently used up data. Other than that everything was spot on. This glitch is not a deterrent to me staying at the hotel again.
