A great location if you need to catch a ferry the next day. The hotel is located opposite the port, but still with great views of bustling Genoa, so it didn't feel at all industrial. Parking is available (at a fee - I think it was about €14) and if the main parking area is full (as it was when we stayed, there is an overspill to the rear, with access directly into the hotel. Efficient check in and a good room, with a terrace with views across the city. As we were only staying one night, we opted to eat in the hotel restaurant - absolutely great with good quality food and wine. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. No complaints at all. Easy to access the car ferry port from the hotel.

Unfortunately the location of the hotel was 15 minues walk from the centre the view from to hotel was industrial with the window open the noise of the road below was overwelming. It was 5 minutes from the metro which was good and 1 stop from the main train station. A good hotel but in the wrong place,

It was not pleasant to have the window open due to the traffic noise. The restaurant was underwelming and pricey.

The location is nearby the ferry, round-the-clock reception, secured parking, kettle with tea/coffee in the room to refill your Thermos for a longer road ahead, big room especially if you take an improved option, clean room, nice value for money.

Parking instructions are super unclear and you should stop in front of the hotel breaking the traffic rules to get the instructions how to attain the parking.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and we also tried the restaurant for dinner because we were too jet-lagged to go out anywhere our first night in Genoa. My husband had grilled octopus which was very tender, and I had trofie (pasta with pesto, green beans and pine nuts) a Ligurian specialty which was delicious!

Views from our room weren't great, but the room itself was great. We had a Jr Suite which was very spacious.

Comfy beds, parking on site, last-minute booking was possible for us. Burgers, grilled meat and vegetables at the restaurant are absolutely amazing.

Area around the hotel is very unpleasant: highway ramps, multiple roads, a roundabout parking near the port. On the lower floors, this is the view you get. It wasn't a problem for us as we just needed a stay for one night and arrived late. There are no good dining alternatives around the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was located very near the train station and cruise port, which was important to us. The included breakfast was diverse and delicious.

I prefer a bathtub, and this hotel did not have that available to us. Of course, many hotels no longer have them and it is a personal preference.

Nice, very clean hotel, with comfortable beds and good pillows. A/C worked week. Buffet breakfast was good and plentiful.

The water in the sink took several minutes to be warm, and never got to being hot, even when on the fully hot setting.

Very comfortable bed, very clean bedding cloths it's Egyptian cotton, large and comfortable bathroom, great water pressure, and the room is not carpeted, which I loved. The breakfast is amazing 😍

Information about what is in the bar fridge in the room if consumed will be charged Extra, as they are not included in the reservation price. and that the refrigerated one has to be free so that we can buy water and soda as this reduces the cost

A latge room in a hotel in a good location and with a nice view.

In many years of travelling it was the first time anywhere - in any hotel in anu country - that a reception refused to order a taxi for a guest. We had to solve it ourselves, even though we are foreigners, dont speak Italian and have no italian mobile phone (obviously).
