For the price and chain of hotels, the cleanliness was ok. Breakfast had enough options for everyone to find something they liked. The location was nice and close to the zoo.

When we checked in, we found out hotels now charge for the total charge of the stay AND incidentals. Because of this, 2 credit cards were needed. When we checked out, the night audit was still on shift, and he made the experience very unpleasant and frustrating. We asked more than once to split the final bill between 2 cards. He refused and was very uncooperative. He ignored our request and put the whole amount on one card. This caused the credit card to go over the limit and incurred fees. We were very upset about this and no other staff to talk to. If you are on a budget, be aware that this hotel might cause your stay to cost more than planned!!

The staff was wonderful, especially the Asian lady in charge of the breakfast room. She was incredibly caring and kind to everyone. She even gave my wife a goodbye hug, which showed the genuine connection she built with us after our 7 day stay. The world truly needs more people like her!

The shower was disappointing. I usually expect great water pressure at hotels, but this one fell short. The water flow was extremely weak, making it far from a relaxing experience. It was especially disappointing compared to the excellent shower pressure we enjoyed at the Best Western in Calgary last year.

Very comfortable room, front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The only issue we had was not with the hotel itself but the parking lot. We arrived after dark and when we got out of the car, realized that the parking lot was dangerously icy. We were two seniors travelling, one for surgery the next day, and were quite uncomfortable walking from the car to the hotel. I did mention it to someone on the front desk the last morning of our stay and I did note that when we checked out, some gravel had been spread which was a help. However, it would have been less stressful if there had been some there on our arrival.

Good, clean and complete value hotel. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast room was comfortable and had big windows. Overall, the hotel had almost everything I needed to be comfortable and work

Light in the bathroom in a regular room was awful. No hope to reliably put makeup on. It was weird as everything else, but chair, was good. The bathroom has a big mirror, with light all around the edges. No doubt someone told them it was an excellent light, but it just doesn’t give off enough light and it had a weird blue cast. Please just add a couple of regular lights above the mirror. Table in room was high for a desk and chair was low and just a regular chair. Even one adjustable office chair makes much more sense if you want to attract biz travellers. Sometimes we have hours of work to do at night and that table and chair combo would’ve been horrible. Fortunately I only had on hour on the computer

Overall very satisfied with the bar, breakfast is very simple Canadian style breakfast, is the bread milk eggs, service attitude is also very good, the facilities are slightly older, but not very new. The price was just right I guess. The room was a little smaller than I would have liked.

Breakfast. There were a lot of people and no seats, so I had to take it back to the room with my kids and lover. As a result, after eating down the restaurant is not many people. Hey, I can't help it.

The location is decent. Extremely convenient getting to and from our destinations. A ton of great business near by. Quiet area made for a comfortable stay! Awesome A/C, nice room set up that we enjoyed the convenience of. Although my family didn’t utilize the pool it seemed pretty good. We also opted out of the breakfast option, however it is available!

I have zero complaints. It was well worth the $ to stay here.

The room was clean and pretty standard for a hotel. What really stood out was the pool with a water slide! Our kid loved it, and it was definitely the highlight of our stay. In addition, the staff were all absolutely wonderful, especially the night shift front desk and the breakfast room attendant. Those two ladies were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for us!

TV only had one channel in our room, but the kiddo loved that one channel. So it honestly worked out!

We booked the king suite. The room was squeaky clean and spacious. Bed is so comfortable. The frontdesks, housekeeping and dining staff were so nice, approachable and greeted us with a smile. Good breakfast selection (sausage, eggs, waffle, hot and cold beverages, fruits, cereals, yogurts, muffins and bread). Pool was warm, my kids really had fun. I booked the hotel on black friday and I had a good deal. Price is so affordable and hotel is close to everything (less than 8 mins to downtown.)Will definitely recommend.

The staff were exceptional, genuine and friendly. We arrived one hour early and the agent allowed early check in with no hassle. The swimming pool area was spacious, warm and clean, the waterslide was lots of fun for the kids. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and smelled good. The breakfast area was well managed and attended by a lovely staff member.

The breakfast options were good and varied, but they all seemed to be pre-packaged. The eggs, sausage, cakes, muffins and breads all seemed to come out of packages. It would have been nice to have the items cooked fresh.

Fantastic! It was very late at night when I arrived. The main door was locked so I had to buzz to be let in which made me feel very safe and secure. The room was clean, spacious and very sound proof. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, loved being able to make my own blueberry waffles which was very delicious! Excellent location! Will definitely stay here every time I’m in town and recommend to everyone.

Staff could be a bit more upbeat but they were all friendly.
