The hotel is extremely close to the airport so an excellent location for arriving late or having an early flight. For those wanting to see downtown St. John’s this would not be a good location. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows to choose from. Bathroom was spacious. The rain head was gentle so not great if you have thick hair needing it to be rinsed.

Great location if you are going to the airport for a flight the next day. They have a 24 x 7 shuttle running every 30 mins which is included and takes a couple of minutes to get to the airport. They have an onsite bar and restaurant. Don't expect great food - but it is perfectly fine and a bonus to have something on site

They only service the rooms every 3 days so if you are staying here for a longer time period keep that in mind. It is not a wonderful location if you are here to see St John's and other places are more central

I appreciated having a restaurant on site so we didn't have to go off the site to eat.

I wish there was room service for food. Also, we ordered the pepperoni pizza in the restaurant and it was not good at all. Also, the cost of our room was so steep that I could not justify staying more than one night, which will play apart in future bookings. I will definitely shop around alot more next time.

Food was exceptional!!

There were some children there for a hockey tournament and they were quite noisy and disrespectful in the hotel lobby. I don't blame the hotel for this as I noticed that the chaperones that were with them did not tell them to stop riding on their suitcases, they were jumping on the luggage carts and throwing a ball around . The adults)chaperones that were with them did nothing!!

Pool for kids, pet friendly for us with our dog, nice big hotel and clean spacious rooms

The complimentary breakfast is gone, and the prices downstairs for breakfast and even just a coffee are outrageous. For what you pay for a room you should get a free breakfast. Especially out by the airport you have travellers coming there, and then expect them to pay high prices for food. Thought this hotel was the absolute best but the breakfast taken away is bad.

Very convenient for its location near St. John's airport. Large room, decent bar / restaurant, and staff who were great about my extremely late arrival. If you just need to crash near the airport, go ahead and book.

The toilet dripped all night, so if you're a light sleeper, it could be annoying, and it's a simple fix. It's a sprawling and basic hotel that is about as generic as it gets.

Great location for the airport. Comfortable beds and the room was very clean.

They should invest in toiletries that are refillable and are attached to the shower wall. Having one minute bottle of shampoo for 3 days isn’t adequate. I had to ask for me which also added to extra plastic waste.

lots of families, the dining area was usually very crowded was not able to use pool due to so many kids but slide is nice touch. biggest complaint is placement of microwave in room, difficult to access and use because too low and had to keep opening/lowering cabinet to use

Bed was comfortable. AC was cool which was nice after a hot day outside. Room was right at the end of the hallway so it was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly. Used the cafe for breakfast and it was good.

Pool towels were super small - couldn't get it around me to cover up to walk from the room to the pool. Pool was very rowdy with many guests misusing the slide and jumping on top of one another in the pool.

Very comfortable bed, and really great bathroom in our room during stay. We left behind a jacket in the room when we checked out, but we were able to collect this from the staff at the front desk a few days later, thanks to Max for looking after it.

Only downside was we couldn't figure out if we could open the windows in the room to let in some air as we found the air-conditioning to be very noisy.
