Clean and location

I was told to get 2 king rooms on same floor that id have to pay extra for 1 with a pull out couch as there was only 1 reg king room per floor. When arrived both rooms were identical. We then had a issue in the one room and we were located to across the hall to a king suite. I was thankful for the upgrade and not the extra charge but I find it hard that there is only 1 king per floor.

Great Break fast, good price, more than one choice, and in the rooms a new furniture, Clean rooms, everything available in the Rooms include Coffee maker, suitable for everybody staying in this great hotel. Ice machine available, also vending machine available .

There was no free breakfast as I expected so I was quite disappointed. The room was noisy with mechanical sounds...not sure what they were but it was not only the room heating.

People were helpful and friendly. Room was pleasant and clean. Switch the boxes.

The breakfast was very nice especially the fruit and the staff were very friendly and willing to talk which made a nice beginning to the day. They also remembered us ! The clock in the bedroom was great.

The air conditioning unit was rather noisy and the shower difficult to use

Affordable price, quiet and neat. The ladies at the reception were very nice.

In the morning we found a bug on the curtain, I don't know what kind of bug it was, probably not a cockroach, we destroyed it

Swimming Pool. Location near easy exit to highway 401.

Poor room amenities, wash basin outside bathroom very uncomfortably located

Check In easy/fast with reservation, room was spotless and well-appointed. Expected a Queen but the semi-King was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Very quiet/peaceful sleep. Nothing to not like 🥰👍

The staff were extremely friendly during all interactions

The only thing that I didn't like was no breakfast in the morning. All other hotels I've stayed at have a breakfast buffet.

It was quiet & clean. The staff was friendly. There was a restaurant in the motel so after traveling for a couple days it was awesome to eat a fresh hot meal ☺️ The restaurant workers were also super friendly & made sure to acknowledge my children as well, made my son feel like he was in control of choosing his breakfast 🥞

Nothing too bad but the pool could be a little hotter, it was too cold for us 🥶😅

Relatively quiet considering its proximity to the 401.

The decor is a bit austere and boring. There's nothing to do anywhere near the hotel.
