Incredibly well-maintained rooms and very clean. The room (including bathroom) was very modern - I was stunned by how nice it was for the price I was paying. The premises was peaceful and quiet at night, and everything from the towels, heater, television, desk, and bed made for a comfy stay as a solo traveler. After going to other similarly priced motels in the area, cannot state enough how much better this place is compared to those.

If I really had to nitpick, the room chairs were a little older/uncomfortable and I usually just sat on the bed if I wasn't at the desk doing work. But as I was only staying a night it really wasn't something that affected my stay much.

Weird but effective welcoming (the person had eartip in one ear). My room was spacious, well equipped and quite clean. Bathroom was good. Good to have a small solid soap too (although would have been cool to have liquid soap). Great convenient parking.

A better vacuuming of the floor wouldn't have gone amiss.

This property is well taken care of, clean, and comfortable. It’s close to the GO station and various restaurants. There are a fridge and microwave in the room. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. They were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Everything was pretty great. For a motel it was really clean and didn’t look like Motels usually do.

There was only one full size towel for 2 people. That was a little unusual. We arrived late Friday and left early Saturday so we just used the one between both of us but would have loved a second towel. They left us enough shampoo but I couldn’t get the little packet open. Good thing I had some in my bag from previous trips. I also used my own soap because one little bar left in the tub wouldn’t be enough for two people. The fan in the bathroom when you turned on the light was loud as well.

All I needed was a clean quiet safe room and the Royal Inn exceeded my expectations! Comfortable, good quality, fresh wrinkleless sheets,/towels, comforter, desk, fridge, microwave, alarm clock, tv w card key lock. Felt so safe that I opened the window for some fresh air from the fenced back yard with big trees and no back alley. Newly paved ground level parking, no one above me and no sounds from neighboring rooms, no cigarette or medical smoke. Thank-you for paying attention to all the little details Royal Inn!

Very quiet. Beds comfortable. Room was small but manageable. Great location, close to coffee and breakfast options.

The heating unit was quite stinky for the first day (perhaps filters need cleaned). When on low, it would cycle every 5 minutes and run for 30 seconds. We ended up just shutting it off at night.

The owners/staff were exceptional and very accommodating. I have stayed at this Motel twice now, and on each occasion, my experience has been the same. I would highly recommend this Motel (Royal Inn, Burlington ONT). BTW - The WIFI was excellent too..

Comfy, large room. Close to Aldershot station. Food options close. Good transport links. Clean. Good price. Quiet at night.

The room was perfect, and very good value for the price. Looks like the bathrooms were refurbished and there was a microwave, bar fridge, hair dryer, tv...all working !

The location was good, easy to find. This is a very small motel with tiny rooms but great for a one or two night stay. It was spotless and the bed was fabulous.
