Best Western Plus 93 Park Hotel was not our first choice upon arriving in Bogotá, but after a very bad experience at another hotel on the same street, we decided to move here, and it was a blessing. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome; they are lovely, always attentive, and mindful of every detail. The hotel has good facilities: a pleasant terrace, gym, and breakfast included. However, the weak point is the food; the breakfast menu is not very varied or particularly delicious. Even so, the team’s service makes up for any shortcomings. We especially want to highlight the kindness of Elias, who was always willing to guide us during our stay. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable!

The location is very central, the windows block outside noise, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds and pillows were comfortable, nice decor, the breakfast was good, it was very clean, the rooftop bar/restaurant had a nice view, heaters at night and excellent customer service. The reception staff was outstanding.

We really enjoyed the property. We got a knock on the door for cleaning service at 7:30 am, so place the do not disturb sign on the door. It would be nice to have consistent items at the breakfast buffet every day, such as decaf coffee and lactose free milk, and unsweetened yogurt.

The hotel is located in a good safe area within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping centers. Comfortable large bed, hot water in the shower, working plumbing, hair dryer. There is always a carafe of water in the lobby. Good Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is so-so. At least the fruits are tasty and every other time normal juice. We asked to fry an egg - they brought us very overcooked. The hotel needs to review the set of dishes and hire another cook.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good as there were a variety to choose from. The location of the hotel was in the suburbs,I would believe. It was easy to get to other areas using Uber. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and shopping facilities close by. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The staff was very warming making us feel at home at every chance they had, they provided good local suggestions for food, pharmacy and even health care which was very helpful. Lots of restaurants, pharmacies and a few grocery stores nearby, very safe neighborhood.

The only minor detail is Tvs are a bit outdated, it has a variety of cable channels which is really good but no smart tv functions to watch youtube or netflix.

The location is fantastic. We could easily walk around to cafes and restaurants. A bit of a drive to go to the city due to traffic, but the hotel is in a nice area. The room was big, and we could fit our baggage Breakfast was nice

really late check out time, but the hotel stored our baggage so we could join our tour this is perhaps the most expensive hotel we stayed in Colombia, although not the best It doesn't have a pool

The free breakfast was excellent, the staff was outstanding, the location was great, with that said, the gym was a bit small, the floor at the gym was slippery, it should be doubled in size and a non slip floor installed, added cardio and free weights, another bench would be great along with a couple of inflated exercise balls for sit ups, thank you.

Location,staff’s friendly and attentive approach and cleanliness.

Everything was perfect.It was disappointing for me that İ was staying at my birthday they even didn’t put a celebration note to my room.Next day I went to another hotel in Cartagena the hotel staff celebrated my birhtday which is yesterday during my check in.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Little English was spoken but that didnt stop the staff from trying to assist us as best they could.

I was looking forward to the rooftop bar but it was being refurbished and therefore it was not accessible. Would have been nice to know up front. The water was off in our room for a while and we were not told in advance.

We stayed here for two weeks. The employees here became family - at every level of service. Top notch. The location is very safe to walk to the dozens and dozens of restaurants all around you. The staff will arrange rides for you and answer all questions. If you don’t know Bogota, this is the place to comfortably start your exploration of this great city! All the usual good stuff: hot showers, clean, rooftop bar, excellent breakfast.
