The room was spacious and clean.. bathroom was clean... Dennys, Raising Canes and Frys grocery store were very close which was convenient

I requested extra pillows in an email before my stay, due to having a bad back, and the reception informed me that my room already had 4 pillows because I have a king, not that I needed to explain why I wanted extra pillows, but having the request fulfilled was all I wanted not an explanation of how many pillows I get for a king size bed. Other than that, I did have a comfortable stay.

This hotel is great for pets, 1st pet free, $15 for second pet! Large grassy pet relief area in back of hotel where our dogs had so much fun running around after our 10 hour drive! Good hotel for the value of the room.

Our room didn’t have a table for some reason, and the area didn’t feel 100% safe. I’d say okay for guys, but wouldn’t stop here as a single woman or a single mom with kids!

I was concerned that we might be checking in after midnight since it took a little bit to get our rental car and drive 20 minutes to the hotel. Front desk lady was very understanding, nice, and no problem checking in. The place was clean and a good place to crash for the night.

Shower curtain rod was hanging down so the curtain stayed in the middle. It looked like someone had attempted to fix it, but did not fix it correctly. Not much counter space around the sink. Small issues though. I'm not that picky.

Very quiet and comfortable, if you are staying longer than 5 days the maids come in and clean your room, and the pool is quite nice for those warm days

During my stay there were a couple of nights where there were people out in the back parking lot until 4:00 a.m. in their vehicles

We had one maid that was amazing, clean towels, room very clean. Extra coffee was left since my husband and like a cup of coffee in the evening.

We has another maid the last two days off our stay that didn't sweep the floor, no towels were left. We had no coffee and tables were not cleaned. The hotel is very nice , sad that you have that one person who just doesn't care.

I liked that the only way to rooms were through the lobby. No outside access. This hotel is next to the freeway so this provides safety and security. The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Even allowed an early check in since my stay was for a family reunion this was perfect. We liked it so well that another family member rented a room after they saw how nice my room was

Not the greatest area Didn't get to use the pool because I was too busy This place is great 👍

I lost a credit card and recovered it at front desk. My daughter and grandson came over, stayed with us at the pool area and enjoyed the afternoon. Second floor being remodeled to make it a more pleasant stay for guests.

Need more and better poolside chairs and tables. A shaded area would be wonderful.

My wife and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The area around the hotel was very accomodating for our dog. All the staff we met were very friendly. We originally booked for 1 night but after checking out and visiting the Mayo Clinic we had to call the hotel again and ask if we could check back in again as I had to have a biopsy next day. The front desk duly obliged and checked us into the same room for 1 more night.

Too short a stay to really say but for the price and no charge for our dog we certainly will go back to the Red Roof Inn.

Please send my money back you guys should know I cancel my room to go work on the fire in Los Angeles I call both of you guys the hotel and you guys and you canceled me so please send me my money back

The staff was nice. The rooms and the halls were clean. The price was right. We stood for a week and only had a small issue once.

I had to have one of the room keys done twice because I couldn't get in. Minor inconvenience. I was tired after working 13 hours but still beats drive back and forth.
