Staff was very friendly throughout our entire stay. Our room was clean and had great water pressure, which has been an issue at a few other places my husband and I have stayed at. No fun trying to take a shower under a dribble of water! Beds were really comfortable. Continental breakfast was well stocked and clean. Overall great experience, I would stay again and would recommend to my friends and family if they were in that area.

The STAFF!!! My family travels frequently and I must say, I have never encountered a staff as personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and just down right nice!!! I can't say enough about Gina, who took the time out to show me a room for my daughter who decided to come on the trip at the last minute, so I could see if the room would work being it was a smoking room and my grand daughter has asthma....and the room worked! Gina was just super considerate of all our requests. My family alone had 3-4 rooms that week . Lisa! She was always so kind , helpful and very attentive I felt we made freinds!! Not to forget Charlie! They say he is their newest employee but you couldn't tell! He too was helpful and kind! Kudos to Gina, Lisa and Charlie, great front desk staff!! Even the late night front desk clerk was super kind I wish I had gotten her name!! The rooms were large and very clean! The indoor pool with whirlpool looked very clean too although we didn't go swimming. I loved the fact that there was an ice machine on each floor also a soda machine!! Not to mention a small store by the front desk! This location also had continental breakfast area so that was really nice too. And the location of the hotel itself was excellent. Right off the freeway and close to restaurants, shopping and everything! I can't wait to visit Chicago again, we love the Schaumburg area and now this hotel!

The only thing is they gave us tickets for Happy Hour there at the hotel but they never had it. But nothing big, we went across the street to Happy Hour at a local bar and grille!!

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Had toiletries in bathroom with hair dryer and a magnifying mirror which was helpful. swimming pool wasn't big but good enough and jacuzzi was lovely very hot. Had a good stay

Breakfast was ok but wish they could have more choices especially fried eggs rather than just scrambled. Bedrooms have only coffee making facilities but I like having tea.

Everything was great. Pool was great. Jacuzzi was hot and worked great. Bed could be a little softer, but that's always subjective. Other than that, room was comfy and spacious. Shower was hot and had great pressure.

Breakfast was okay. Waffles were good but oofda the sausage was bad. However, does seem run of the mill for what you get with a free breakfast. Juice didn't taste right.

I was on the 3rd floor, last room all the way down the hall, secluding me from any and all noise the whole time: Thank You So Much for that. I took this weekend away myself to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy, stressful home life. My bed was Heaven; perfect firm mattress; I did not want to get out of bed. Plenty of lamps to light room and to read by. Comfy couch and chair. Breakfast was nice and hot. Pool is a little small, but kids clear out late at night for an Adults Only quiet time experience. Jacuzzi was wonderful; was in it every night to wind down before bed. Staff was all pleasant, polite, and helpful.

Parking lot needs to be re-done. Lots of potholes, broken asphalt. Was interested in the Happy Hour I heard mentioned a lot, but I guess it's only available Mon-Thurs and not an everyday thing. Weird, constant, high-pitched ringing in the vestibule the entire 4 days I was there; like an alarm bell that never would stop? Please upgrade tv and remotes in room. Should be Streaming option for the smart tv; not a few cable stations. And basic remote would only work some of the time...on the right angle.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The lady at the front desk, Neeta, was very nice and gave two of our four rooms about 2 hours early, so that we could store our bags and go to the city. Clean rooms, good AC, decent breakfast. A small covered pool and a fitness room is available too. Pool is perfect for kids.

The breakfast area isn't large and tends to get a little crowded.

All of the staff members were great. ,....The pool and whirlpool was clean didn't look dirty like some hotel pool, I also like they give adults pool time with no kids. Floors were clean and the breakfast area had rules no showing up with last night PJ's on lol.

There was no yogurt or bacon for breakfast and the beds we were in were a little worn out. There was nothing more wrong with place and the things I mentioned wasn't noting were I wouldn't stay here again I would,

We've stayed here several times. Clean, safe, friendly staff, excellent location. Great value!

Only dislike was having to walk around to the front entrance to reenter the building if you go out the south door? What is the reason for that? Does this establishment have a problem with break-ins?

Everything was great and pleasant. The front desk was absolutely fantastic and very helpful

The maid that was cleaning the rooms on Friday morning was very rude and she said some unpleasant things in Spanish. She was also rude at the mixer they had on Wednesday and Thursday night. I e noticed that before staying here but choose to come back due to all the other qualities they have.

Staff was great! (Lisa @ front desk, and other front desk and kitchen staff!) The breakfast was pretty good. The beds were comfy. Loved the 24h coffee/ tea station in the lobby. The pool hours were great- open until 11 for kids, 12 midnight for adults to have some quiet time. (Awesome). Our kiddos swam every single day, twice! Good size pool- on the smaller size, which was good for us because we could watch the kiddos closely from one spot.

The halls smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was ok. When we walked in and sat down, I noticed the bed skirt had something unidentifiable on it- some kind of chalky white stain it seemed. (I didn't touch it). The walls in the bathroom looked like they were recently patched (possibly from water damage) but not done well and paint was just slapped over them. The ceiling fixture (smoke detector) was older than me, but it had a light in it that worked, so it probably did.
