In general, the hotel is very nice and service was excellent.

There were 2 problems. 1. The noise from the street (cars) went on all night long. The windows could be replaced or a double window put in to limit street noise. 2. The area around the hotel is poor and did not feel safe. Granted, we stayed at the hotel because of the need to fly out of BUR early the next morning. The hotel is fairly close to the airport and the price is right. But this is not the hotel you want to stay in for a vacation in the area for more than 1 night.

The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were not super rough. Even the lotion that was provided was high-quality. The size of the rooms were much bigger than expected and the check-in and parking situations were easy. Even though we were late by almost a full day, due to airlines being airlines, I called ahead, and they held the room. Getting there after the travel experience, we had was a welcome relief, and the facilities were better than I could have expected! I will absolutely come stay again when we are back in the valley, it was very centrally. Located to everything we needed with a 15 to 20 minute drive. The toiletries were higher quality than most hotels, and they had a few extra supplies that we had forgotten like a razor and comb. Even though there’s a double parking situation, where you have to provide them your keys if you’re blocking someone, there was enough room for parking every day, and we were not charged additionally for it. it is only a block away from our favorite Mexican restaurant in LA called salsa and beer, and if there is traffic on the highways, you are not boxed in at this location. Getting there from LAX was about 45 minutes to an hour given traffic but if you’re coming in from Burbank it’s only a 10 minute drive. Even though we did not eat breakfast there, it seems like they had a pretty wide selection of standard options. Juices, coffee, yogurt, cereal, muffins and fruit, bacon and eggs, etc. - a vegetarian protein or pork free protein would be beneficial as well, but it seemed well stocked and the facilities were clean. And again, can’t stand to say it enough, the beds were very comfortable. The pillows were as well, and the bedding itself was the right weight we did not feel too hot or cold, and each room in our suite, had its own heating unit.

Front Staff was all very friendly and helpful. All the ladies in the breakfast area were very friendly and replenished the food quickly. They kept everything clean and tidy.

Tubs are very slippery, and my husband and i both almost fell while showering. I had to line the tub floor with a hand towel to prevent us from slipping when showering. Also, hand rails would help as well. Also extra towels would be good.

Typical American hotel breakfast was adequate, staff were great. Management changed us to Accessible Room after 1st night, rooms which front onto Lankershin Street, can be a little noisier than rooms which have rear quiet street. Suggest change from current shades to full curtains to keep out light at night! For a moderate priced hotel in this area it fits all the right parameters, will go back there again!

The white folding shades on the windows let in too much light at night, change to heavy drapes!

Spacious and tidy room, hotel were accommodating about putting an extra bed in for a sleepover by the grandchildren. Onsite parking, but can fill up in the evening. Generally friendly staff.

Breakfast room a bit cramped and can get full. Paper plates and plastic cutlery, which is unheard of in Britain but is apparently the norm in the US. Not much atmosphere, a bit motel-like.

Pleasant staff who accommodated my late check-in. The hotel and room are Clean and comfortable.

The breakfast wasn't very good - cold with little options. The options were limited and didn't have protein options.

Honestly this place is a good bang for your buck, but nothing more. My friends and I used this hotel for 1 night as we went to Universals Studios and it wasn't too far using Uber. They have private parking which is a plus and honestly the hotel gives off an old vibe, but for sleeping it's great. Minimal noise from outside although walls are thin as you can hear when rooms next door shut their doors. AC works amazing and gave no weird smells. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly and made the whole check in and check out super easy and in less than 5 minutes each time.

The hotel is not in the best area of Burbank and I honestly wouldn't walk around at night. We had our check out until 11am but the house keeping ladies were already knocking on our door around 10:30am so that threw us all off a little.

Clean facility. Front desk worker very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was tidy, well stocked and well taken care of. Hotel was next to a great sushi restaurant and 24 hr donut shop. Also close to Burbank airport.

Parking wasn't a problem for us but I can see limited parking be a issue if they were completely full.

I've always had a great experience with Best Western and Burbank was no exception! The staff was very kind, the room was clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed for a stress free stay. The parking lot is covered and we never had any trouble with parking, which was a huge plus! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I honestly can't think of anything that wasn't up to standard. Check-in was a breeze, the hotel itself was clean and tidy, our room was excellent, the bed was awesome and the bathroom was spacious. My friend and I visited for a convention and we were able to share the bathroom mirror to get ready together and had enough counterspace for all of our stuff.

Everything was honestly amazing! From the room to the breakfast, they had all morning essential it was a group of 4 and we all found something we loved!!! Great help whenever we needed anything. The crew was very accommodating for sure, and I will be telling people about this location perfect for Universal Park visit
