I enjoy my hotel room was spacious bed was comfortable. I thought the valet parking was a little much. the restauart cocktail was very good We had a great waitness. I didnt eat dinner at Scotty seafood. we had appetizers the crab cake was very disapoint. It was dry. But the hotel gift a giftcard we order room service the breakest was good. They give a lot. We had couple massage very relaxing the receptionist was very friendly. The people at the registration desk was amazing and very helpful you know who you are. I will back but this hotel will burn hole in your pocket. I didnt like there wasnt no microware

We choose a king room with balcony. I wish we had more of a view of the river, but we had a mix of the parking lot and river (parking lot with nice and clean though). Room was large and bed and bedding was sooo comfortable! A very large tv compared to most hotels. bathroom was very nice and large as well. valet parking was nice too - overall, would stay again. We stayed to celebrate our engagement.

Wish we had a better view of the river, but the balcony was nice and I understand first come first serve! They still were accommodating with provided us with the highest floor available.

I loved the cleanliness and aesthetic of the place. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It smells great and the staff and valet were delightful and respectful. I will return.

When showering, the shower door does not keep water in and when stepping out I’m greeted with a large puddle of water that covers half the bathroom floor. Also the water pressure in the tub shower head is very strong causing the same issue. Other than that our stay was great and we slept very good. :)

I am a local Pastor who is very busy. I kept receiving telephone calls that I needed to rest. I really didn't feel like traveling and getting on a plane. So I decided to stay local at the Westin, and my granddaughter came along with me. It was so refreshing and peaceful. I didn't realize how tired I was until my head hit the pillow. The bed was so comfortable that I slept all day.

My balcony, I can look at the boats as they stroll down the river. Also, the water fountains were amazing.

I am sorry that the continental breakfast -- which was free -- was discontinued. Every traveler needs coffee and a little something to get their day started and since last year, we have to pay extra for this.

They gave removed the "store" where one could buy bottled water, yogurt, etc. Also, there are no clocks in the rooms -- it was inconvenient to say the least.

Very clean and modern interior and the room was well laid out and very comfortable with all the modern amenities present

I let the management know that the pool area and gym facility needed some help, but it was Father’s Day weekend. They responded right away and thanked me for letting them know about the faulty treadmill. Everything else was perfect and I will return.

That there was no trashcan to dispose of garbage when coming in with a coffee that I just finished, instead, I went all the way to the bathroom to throw it away. And maybe that I didn’t realize the water station was carbonated. Lol. And the pool it doesn’t seem like it’s heated.

I had asked if I could have a 2 pm checkout, as some of the others in the wedding party had; I was told that there was an added fee which I felt was preposterous. I'm an 85 year old woman who had to walk alone few blocks back to the hotel where my car was, check out early, and I missed the best part of the wedding.

the location on the river it was quiet, there is a good restaurant on site, comfortable rooms, very nice staff

the air conditioner was very loud the bike path wasn't open

The room was large and clean. The bathroom featured a clawfoot tub which was so nice! Our room was ready early and could not have been an easier check-in.

The price was little high but the facilities were great, so for one night it was not too bad.
