My son always loves the hot breakfast as we usually travel for his Soccer games. Having a fridge and microwave is always a must have since I can't eat unless it's Gluten free. The location was awesome as it was close to enough restaurants that we had a variety as well as being close to the different soccer fields for his soccer tournament. The staff was always very nice, welcoming and gracious to our quesitons. :) Everything was clean which is always a comfort. I can always count on Best Western to be clean and comfortable.

The door leading to the room didn't seal completely so it was a bit unnerving that we could hear everything from the parking lot and the lock wasnt a good seal as we could see the light coming in. The A/C unit was set at 60 but the room always fet stuffy and 70. Having more of a variety for the hot breakfast would be nice as I could only eat the eggs. Maybe providing some Gluten free options would help for those of us who have allergies and more fruit options for the kids would be helpful. The coffee maker didn't work the first morning but I finally got it to work the next morning after staff switched it out.

We felt we received quite a bargain compared to other hotels where we've stayed in Temecula and Murrieta. The amenities were great! The food was comparable to more expensive hotels, the pool was heated, and everything was clean! We heard no road noise, even though, we backed up to a freeway and local street. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the king size bed was pretty compfy but it could have used a mattress topper to make it better

I didn't like that the property did not have an elevator to get to the second floor, it's not easy when you have heavy bags and a bad knee. The carpet needs a little updating and the couch needed to be steam cleaned or something.

Doreese, the office manager, did an excellent job. She had a friendly disposition and worked hard to ensure that all the patrons were given the best service. The room was comfy and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was also tasty and clean. I would happily return for a follow-up stay. Excellent work, Doreese! They are lucky to have someone at their establishment who takes such pride in her work.

No complaints

I visited this Hotel in mid July for my Birthday Celebration. The room was pleasant, better than I expected. Due to the name " Country Inn", made me think that the room interior was going to be based on a Country atmosphere & 1970 ish. Wrong!! The room was updated & modern with all the amenities needed. Also, I experienced the BEST customer service with the Hotel Host: Doreese!! She was Amazing!! Unbelievable to receive such a Great approach as we entered the lobby. She made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Doreese went above and beyond regarding my stay here. Very professional & very cordial to us . Any request, she acted promptly and gave a Big smile. Thank you so much!! I am guaranteed to return here because of her. P.S. She's a keeper!! Positive vibes and Friendly service is rarity unfortunately. #Happily Satisfied

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, due the mattress sitting on top of a box frame. The bed slides & not enough cushion.

The breakfast selection and coffee selection in the room, cleanliness, staff friendliness, and staffing are present and ready to assist. The bedding included a blanket between the sheets and the comforter. I haven't stayed in Best Western in a while. This experience will definitely have me coming back.

Not a thing.

Our room was very, very clean. We had parking. Easy to check-out using the office-window. When we asked for extra towels the desk clerk brought them to us in less than 4 minutes. Since we are in our 70's we requested a first-floor room and we got it!

We actually have no complaints. Room service, check in, and check out, parking all was excellent!

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was great. The location was great, obly 20 minutes from wineries.

Room had a bit of a smell, almost like thrift store. Additionally the water pipes made loud noises that a woke us up. I think it was due to us being next to a utility/housekeeping room.

We requested ahead of time a room in the main floor , since we travel with our bikes and when we got there they told us that they didnt have any rooms availbale in the main floor. So the didnt honor our request. We,ve been repited customers for the past 3 years, so we felt we deserve the attention that was not done.

The room was good space . Location was very good , breakfast was great with good choices.

The only problem was the air condition it wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t too cold and it doesn’t cover all the room.
