It's a Best Western. Clean but no frills. Like, the soap was a bar in a wrapper. But I don't need frills. I just need reasonable cost, clean room, AC powered to the max, proximity to my meeting sites, and a well-lit parking lot right in front so the night manager can see my car, because I drive a Mercedes convertible. I got that, and the staff were very friendly. There's also a TV - I don't watch TV so I can't rate their TV.

They had "juice drink" instead of juice, but that's fine - it made me think of Dave Chappelle, and I laughed.

My entire experience has been overshadowed by a billing error. I booked for 599.00. Was charged 812.00 in 2 separate pymts. All documents in order. Called hotel who said they could not help me and to contact booking.com. Booking was hard to contact. Used chat with no results. Finally phoned and received request for more info. Called booking back and wrote email. No resolutions. They told me to try hotel again. Hotel tells you in recording to call back later. Finally sent it all to my credit card who are processing a charge back. Didn't have to be this way.

The moment I stepped in the door, I felt welcome. I didn't put both my reservations under the same name, so the front desk made it their business to get our rooms close together, and I really appreciated the extra effort. Our rooms were clean, the beds slept amazing, and I don't know where to begin with the shower, the best hotel shower we've had in a while. I am a Best Western Fan! The breakfast was really good as well.

The only small things I saw were that the hotel could use a little cosmetic touches like chipped paint. However, not enough where we wouldn't stay again.

The tiny breakfast buffet was better than the usual continental breakfast. The breakfast area was large and comfortable, The atmosphere was great. The 24-hour coffee, juice, and filtered water were great!

Most continental Breakfasts feature the popular waffle maker. This was not present here. The cheese ladden "tacos" looked good but were not (IMO) The automatic pancake maker again looked like a better offering than it was. There was no closet space or hangers to hang clothes.

Everything except the bathroom.

The toilet is off-set with the countertop. So while using the toilet the small piece of countertop that goes over the tank of the toilet is jamming you in the back. There were 6 tissues in the box. The amount of movie channels is 5 everything else was sports. For someone who is not into sports it really stinks.

Location was very convenient close to interstate. It was an overnight stop for us as we were traveling. Staff was very friendly.

It was a little rough walking through the hallway. The place is showing its age but overall was not bad there is far worst places.

Breakfast area was Awsome, being by the door excellent

POOL AND EXCERSIZE EQUIPMENT NOT ACCSIBLE, ONLINE PICTURES LIED, after inquiring about the pool the pool was not accessible and the exercise room was not accessible it was 90 degrees and we really looked forward to going to the pool the pictures that I got in my email did not look like nothing like the hotel that I went to I was disappointed about that very disappointed

Guest in adjacent room kept banging the wall. One outlet and one lamp didn't work. Pillow way to soft, 4 wasn't enough to prop me up.

Sometimes shower would get cold, not much interests in the area, but area is extremely safe as it should be.

Breakfast was good. Some hot items and others to chose from. Room was excellent with a sitting room that included a coffee table and sofa. I also had a separate sitting chair and ottoman. The hotel was very quiet and clean. I fell in love with large soft towels.
