Staff were very friendly but we had a little issue as soon as we checked in. However, she was very attentive, apologetic and happily fixed the problem. Attitude about it made all the difference.

I wish the pool would have been working but we knew it wasn’t when we booked the rooms.

Everything was good. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful.

There was no breakfast food. The one reason I booked this hotel was for the free breakfast food. We were traveling with 4 children and I had to go buy breakfast 4 of the 5 mornings that we were there. That was an inconvenience for me, especially since we were on a budget. It was one reason I booked this hotel so I wouldn’t have to purchase breakfast.

the breakfast was very good. we got there early around 730 and there was plenty. our room was very clean and we had no issues.

my daughter did complain the pull out couch/bed was not that comfortable but not a huge deal.

The staff was amazing!! The rooms were a great size. The beds were nice and comfortable.

Shower and sink area could've been cleaned a bit more. Leftover hair and stains from previous guest that could've easily been wiped or washed off. Pillows folded inside to give width when in actuality they were older pillows that had lost their softness

It was very easy to get to. The parking lot seemed big enough for everyone. The hotel itself was very clean and well lit. The inside was clean and reception was very friendly and helpful. They have a small area for some drinks and snacks. Even had some ice cream to choose from for the little kids to enjoy. The pool looked good even though we didn't get to use it during our stay. Had complimentary breakfast and that was great. Waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurts, juices coffee ect. That was good and very clean as well. Room itself was clean and so was the bathroom. Very quiet and comfortable. Traveling with my husband and 3 children ( ages 3, 9 and 10 ) and everyone fell asleep fairly easily so that was an extra bonus. Will stay here again.

Friendly, great location and comfortable

We stayed 4 nights and only had two towels and had to ask everyday for more towels.

How the front office was so nice, we got there thinking we could just check in after driving 18 hrs asa it was on the 20th of July. When we weren't supposed to til after 300pm, they fixed us up so we could get checked in at 12pm we were exhausted thank God for them

Everything was great.

They told me to park my motorcycle under the awning in front of the cameras. That made me feel like they really cared about the individual needs of guests. All.of the staff was friendly and accommodating

The hotel was located around everything, didn't have to go far for anything. The rooms was nice and comfortable and friendly staff.

Everything meet my expectations

Fairly updated, our room also had a nice sitting area

Smells like burnt popcorn, bathroom needs a lot of repairs (cracked flooring, failing caulking around tub, inside shower, and toilet), bathroom needs cleaned room (found lots of hair on the floor and toilet still had poop stains in it)
