Had a great overnight stay. When entering the room it smelled fresh and was very clean. Room was stocked well with towels. We bring our own shower necessities but they do have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers for those who don’t. Incredible price for the location. Staff were very polite and accommodating. The location did a great job communicating policies/additional “charges” you may experience at the check-in via Booking quickly. One thing we were made aware of was the hold on the card for incidentals (which is standard at just about every hotel ever). This is something everyone should plan for when staying at a hotel. It’s not the employees fault, they’re following policy, and it’s not the hotels fault that it takes a few days (AFTER CHECKOUT) to be credited back to the card. Did not go to the pool but our room overlooked it and it looked clean and refreshing. Very nice outdoor/courtyard areas.

Someone was trying to take money off of my card. Tried 3 times And the only people that could have tried that is one of the checking staff at the front desk. My bank alerts me when my card is being used. One time for $15. The 2 other times were for $35 for what I don't know but they cannot get it because my card is locked. And this happens like 7:30 in the evening. I do not know why they are doing this. Cause I paid for my room straight out. So shouldn't be any other withdrawals trying to come off of my card. I had to change rooms because my TV went out. And they did not have anyone that could come and check it out. So if they charge me for changing roops, they did not tell me that. But that's the only problem I have with this hotel.

I stay here regularly nice place. I hate this last stay will be my last one.

I was overcharged by $400. I brought to their attention and nothing was satisfied, just a bunch of run around. They didn't send back my $100 deposit instead my card was charged $329. Still haven't been taken care of, I am having to dispute charges with my bank, which means I will be waiting 60 to 90 days. Nice hotel love it but this will keep me away forever.

The suite was very spacious, nice and clean and bed was comfortable and clean. Felt good and safe seeing security patrolling the premises constantly.

People hanging around side/back entrances of hotel smoking especially in the evenings. Walls on back/side entrance way inside the hotel were torn down and needs fixing. Carpet in elevator old and has some bad odor. Didn’t look good at all.

I liked the amenities such as the printing station available in the lobby and the Starbucks coffee available for purchase at the front desk. I also enjoyed the layout of our room.

I didn’t like that they didn’t provide fresh towels daily without me having to go down to the front desk to ask. I understand it is a water conservation effort but I personally do not like to reuse towels even at home.

Clean, Comfy bed, good location. When I informed front desk upon checkout that we loved everything except for the fact that our room had no coffe and informed him that when we came down to ask if there was any free coffee was told we had to buy it buy a rude woman. However, the gentleman upon checkout offered two cups of coffee then for inconvenience and said sorry for your inconvenience. He had an excellent demeanor.

Paying 5.00 to park in a parking lot. No breakfast included had to pay for everything, even coffee.

I liked the location, it was very convenient drive to uptown Charlotte.

Their check in process was a hot mess! We arrived at 3:55 because check-in was at 4. This put us at around number 3-4 in line. Very very slow process, by the time it was our turn to check-in the line was literally out the door. Check-in should not take forever to do (and only one guy was checking everyone in!) , they ask a million questions and the guy was sort of rude, he asked if I spoke Spanish and after I said yes he said good because I’m tired of talking English. Lol … then had a frustrated look the entire time. Idk looks like he maybe was having a rough day but dang. Customer experience wasn’t all that.

Everything was expected since I am a regular at this location for close to a year now. I love the rooms location and overall facility.

I booked the room prior to coming but the day before I found the same room for $25 cheaper. I canceled the first reservation and rebooted the same room for the cheaper price and upon check in they charged me th3 first booking price and stayed they one seen one reservation when I clearly showed them I had canceled that one and rebooted and had two different confirmation numbers and they didn't care they charged me the higher price. First time every and definitely not happen that experience since I been staying at this location for almost a year.

We absolutely that this hotel is literally mins from the mall, the track, walmart, shopping centers and great restraunts. Every staff member from front desk to house keeping were super friendly. Super clean hotel, this is our 4th time staying here. Plus it's beside a chick a fil which is amazing..

That we had to leave and couldn't stay longer. 😪
