The room was very spacious for our dogs, and while we didn't use the kitchenette much, it was helpful. We LOVED how close the hotel was to Forest Park, as we needed a lot of walks and runs for the dogs. The donuts at breakfast were excellent.

Our room was in the basement level, and Portland in November meant our room was kind of gloomy. The location is in the industrial district, so while you're a short drive from other places in Portland, there's not a lot to walk to except the convenience store, the strip club, and Forest Park. None of this is the hotel's fault, but just know that before you go.

Great breakfast and great breakfast facility. Breakfast staff were excellent. So helpful. Downstairs room was quiet, very, and clean. Liked the layout of the room and the kitchen nook. Convenience store across the parking lot.

A fenced dog area. Maybe a little bigger. And signs to tell people to pick up their poo. And unfortunately someone needs to clean up the poo left by irresponsible dog owners. Front desk clerk was minus a personality.

It had the breakfast for my children that they actually wanted and enjoyed. I also love that there is a pool and hot tub open 24/7. I booked this exact hotel because it was close to the hospital in witch I needed to be close too and it was great to be able to relax once visiting hours for the ICU was up at 8pm.

That there was a drunk person out front when came out to the car to grab something I had forgot. The man needed medical attention, Witch my husband and I made the front desk staff aware.

The hotel had the pool open 24/7 which is why I chose it There was a day where they were having issues with the hot tub but it was fixed the very next day which was nice. Also the breakfast was decent. They had the typical breakfast choices

It would have been nice if they would have had some gluten free items such as toast or breakfast pastries. Also the pool towels need to be bigger

We stay at the same LaQuinta for every visit to Portland. The last few times, the bed springs are becoming more noticable... maybe time to flip the matresses? Also, this stay we were here for 2 nights. The first morning breakfast was terrible. There were tiny croissant sandwiches with very thin egg and sausage... tasted gross. 2nd morning was better... scrambled eggs with sausage and biscuits & gravy. But the scrambled were plastic hard around the edges.

I love the 24 hour pool and hot tub. Breakfast is always good and it’s a very convenient location for a night out in Portland.

At 10 in the morning an hour before checkout. My friends headed to the car and I stayed in the room to use the bathroom. Housekeeping had already knocked on my door prior. While in the bathroom housekeeping came into the room and knocked on the bathroom door.

Breakfast, although the same every day, was good. Many choices for all. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Hotel was quiet, especially at night.

Parking was an issue when hotel was full. Pickup trucks were parked over the lines, not allowing all spots to be utilized. No one there to monitor it. Desk clerk, at the time, seemed to not be bothered.

Like the fact, check-in and check-out was automated. A reasonable breakfast was served every morning. A game-changer for me was the mini Keurig coffee maker ij the room. Meaning I can make coffee anytime. There is a heater and cooler in the room.

My room was not cleaned for two nights. Though I had love it to be cleaned at most once during my threee night stay

The staff associate Megan was very helpful…she was a gem. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Pool railing needed to be bolted down more securely. Surrounding area had several homeless camps although that seems more prevelant everywhere than ever.
