This was a beautiful stay. I appreciate the excellent customer service and care. My friend and I dined in the restaurant. The food was just amazing. I appreciate the locally sourced ingredients and the friendly staff. My only comment for room for improvement is the room temp. I couldn't get it below 64 degrees. Otherwise, I loved everything at this place.

It was nice and clean and the location served my needs.

The rooms were a little more tired looking than I expected. I paid more for a corner room that I thought would have a better view than a parking lot. If you want to go to Portland by the river, it’s definitely not walkable. I think a good upgrade would be room keys in the elevators to access the floors for security purposes.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast we purchased was decent. There was a comfortable atmosphere to sit in the lobby.

The room was in need of a thorough cleaning around the baseboards, countertops, furniture, and floor, and especially around the toilet. The room was very small for any four star room.

A very nice hotel in an excellent location in Portland's Pearl District. Not perfect but well worth the money for a comfortable stay. A good breakfast and awesome staff.

The room while clean was not immaculate (removable stains from coffee cups or drink glasses on the beside table, etc).

In all honesty, I feel like I deserve a free room for the night because there was so much noise and some awful smell coming from the hallway and perhaps the room next-door that it kept me up all night. I mentioned it several times but nothing could be done, I understand, but I did not get any sleep anyways. Thank you hope hope this is made right

Efficiency, food, size, gym were small compact well designed and perfect for my stay.

The hotel is nice but I can imagine in a few years it will appear worn and need a bit of update.

The set up of the room and the amenities were thoughtful. Refillable water in the hallway, full bottles of lotion, hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Access to Netflix. Place for suitcases, sliding barn doors for added privacy when staying with others.

We could hear people in the room above us at 6:30am. Valet parking was very expensive.

Great location and bar downstairs. Very clean great service.

They charge me for four nights of valet parking which I didn’t have and I had to make them correct my bill. They charged $49 a day by mistake.

Loved the modern rooms, glass carafe available for filling water on the floor. Breakfast was delicious.

I could hear street noise a little but was no problem with white noise

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was relatively new. The room was nice and they had filtered water in the hall.

The shower wasn’t very clean toward the far side. I didn’t notice until ready to shower, so just stayed under the shower head. Probably missed it on the website, but was shocked by the $47/night parking fee. We could have found a place on the street but there were a number of homeless tents nearby and didn’t want to take a chance to start our vacation off with a busted window.
