We just loved how professional Dawn was, both when we were checking in and out. She was like that with every single person, she is such a sweet soul.

A lot of people had dogs, I’m pregnant so unfortunately I can smell things a mile away, and this motel did not smell good, it smelled…I want to say old, because it’s an old building, but something could be done. The linens on one of the bed had stains, but we had two beds we slept on the other one. We didn’t want to bother anyone, I only wanted to sleep for 4 hours, and leave.

The room were clean.

The hallway was smelling like Marijuana and I do mean alot. There was no blanket on the bed and the front desk said they do not use them, because we can adjust the AC. Which was not a real problem we was okay. If you want clean towels, washcloth and bedding you have to take the dirty ones to the front desk to get clean ones, why shouldn't have to carry dirty stuff in our arm to get clean ones, if we have to aleast give the guests bags to put them in, everyday they need to put clean towels, washcloth and bathroom mats and clean the bathrooms, so what does the housekeeper does if we have to do all that.

I liked the fact that the lady at the front desk was super polite & friendly.

The only thing that was a little disappointing about my stay is that the TV in my room didn’t work 😔 when I notified the front desk I was told it was due to the weather if that was in fact the case why was I able to hear the TV from other guests room on it just kept turning on & off nobody even bothered to come upstairs to take a look 😔

The Bird sitting on top of the Motel 6 sign sung us a song when we arrived and sat there when he was finished like he was welcoming us there. Asked for a room by the pool and they had one available. The pool had a few leaves in it but was clean and warm and privately secluded in back.

The room was kind of dirty and we did not have enough towels or toiletries. I asked for a wake up call and they forgot. The staff seemed kind of mean for meeting me for the 1st time, One lady actually yelled at me for sitting in the pool area too early until she seen that she could actually have a conversation with me.

I liked my stay because it was clean the bed was comfortable

The new manager of that motel 6 that black lady she is disgusting she is very rude very disrespectful very passive aggressive never again will I stay at that location or any motel 6

Amanda at front desk was so accommodating to me as I didn't have my physical credit card with me that I booked with. But we figured it out by booking direct with Motel 6 as I'm a my 6 member for years and not booking.com. Rooms were very clean and updated. I recommend them and will and have stayed with them many times.

The staff is awesome and the rooms are extremely clean except for the floors

The floors are sticky and our feet get very dirty so I mop them every time I check in, I think the staff is doing a great job cleaning but they need to be supplied with a mop and floor cleaner . Also when I book the room says it has a refrigerator and microwave but I have only had those two times out of all my stays. They upgraded my room for the inconvenience, Geoffrey was very helpful.

The location was perfect, minutes to Universal, took uber for less than 10.00, the check in was incredible. The young lady at the desk at 130 let us do a soft check in to secure our room with payment, and was very sweet. And Donald who was there in the wee hours when we came in to actually get our key and check in was super helpful.

There were a couple of people just hanging around out front but I did feel safe enough to stay. I did think the rooms are a little small. No micro or fridge as I am used to with Motel 6

The staff were FANTASTIC!!! I went during hurricane Ian (evacuating Tampa) so the hotel was very full and the staff were a little overwhelmed I think with the influx of people (all trash bins were full when we got there) but they caught up with the maintenance very quickly and were exceptionally nice and helpful. They truly went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful day and night. Also PET FRIENDLY!!! HUGE plus in my book.

Apparently some rooms have mini fridges, ours did not which was a disappointment. Make sure you specify a room with a fridge if you are needing one. They were in the middle of painting and a few other renovations so it's hard to knock them for the condition when they're clearly working on it.

Everything was good.Room were clean,stuff friendly, location was perfect. I saved some money and had a decent stay. Only coffee in the morning but IHOP is 2 min walking distance. It was very quet and close to everything. Thank you team for making my stay so good!

I can not complaint.
