Wow, the room was clean, for the price I paid, it feels cozy and fancy, wifi was fast, the staff’s are all nice!! Free breakfast. The location is very convenient. I will surely book this hotel again hoping their price is still the same

Laundry, washing machine’s dirty, I saw some hairs. Hope they will clean it, we pay 2.50 for laundry the. 2.50 for dryer, I wish they clean them. But the over all stay is really thank you so much!

the room was nice and clean very spacious and cozy. They offer breakfast! i didn't have time to go and actually taste it but to be honest any hotel that has the time and energy to serve breakfast is already a plus. lastly the gentlemen that check us in was nice and informative. overall a nice stay.

This isn't a huge thing but because they are under construction they changed our original room so just make sure you're getting what you want :D also, we had no tv remote which I didn't really care cause I had brought my own iPad but I hope for the next customer they find it.

I have stayed here twice because it is close to the Pearson Vue testing center. I mostly love their pillows! They have hot breakfast and the facility is clean and always smells good. There was a younger Hispanic man at the front desk who helped me both times I’ve stayed here and he’s always super nice and professional. Staying here as a young single female I feel comfortable in the hallways. I’ve stayed other places in El Paso that were kind of sketchy and I like that they have indoor hallways and good lighting in the parking lot. Their website says the deposit hold fee is $100 but I was only charged $50. They’re always good about returning my fee.

My first room a few years ago was pretty nice. My room this time had some issues like broken tile, holes in the walls, my sink drained so slow that it would fill up while I was using it. It wasn’t closed or anything. The shower rod was falling down. This meant that the shower curtain wouldn’t close right and water was all over the floor every time I took a shower. I did find someone else’s hair in my bed, looked like a beard hair… let’s hope. Not a huge deal for me but it would probably gross some people out.

Parking. I'm glad we stayed on a weekday because if it had been the weekend, we would have had to walk back to the hotel for needing to park on the street.

Was upgraded due to a little mishap. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was great except the curtains were thin allowed in quite a bit of outside light and quite a bit of noise could be heard due to the windows. But not too bad.

The beds were super comfortable and Juan at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was so bright because there were no curtains. And the airport shuttle wasn't available for some reason.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was soothing on very hot days. Loved it!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍I want to stay there again!!! The staff was very friendly and the cookies are delicious too with the lemon water.

Everything was great! It was very clean and comfortable. I would only recommend more cold cereal for breakfast and plain milk. Other than that, it was OUTSTANDING! I would recommend that hotel to anyone I know. It’s one of the BEST!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The shuttle guy never showed up. He was supposed to take me to the airport. I had to wake up my partner to take me to the airport at 4:50 am

It was clean and the beds were comfortable

They couldn’t find the key to unlock the room where they serve breakfast so there was no complimentary breakfast

I had left the room in good condition but had said something about a deposit that I still haven't gotten back.
