I can't think of anything that stood out as something that I'd recommend doing differently or changing.

Location is perfect- walking distance to park, convention center and market square.

Parking is ridiculous- valet parking only and with the app they use has fees comes out to almost $40-$45 a day. Also, not very family friendly great if single, married couple with no kids or kids older than 13 any younger absolutely not at all the best place to stay. It was very clean, and great location but would not stay again with my family. Work trip maybe just not again for leisure.

The lady at the restaurant was rude to my son!

The lady at the restaurant was rude to my son, who is 14 years old! I asked before having our breakfast if the hotel could add the charge of the food to my room bill, and they agreed. After eating my breakfast, I was in a hurry to finish packing. I went to the room and left my son in the restaurant, finishing his food. Then he called me to say the lady at the restaurant didn't let him go until he paid for his breakfast. He was nervous and felt pressure to pay immediately. She made him feel that we wanted to leave without paying. Thank God he had his own credit card and paid the balance of $42.00 dollars for two breakfasts. When I came down, the lady at the front desk apologized because what had happened since she knew that I asked to be charged for the food and the room in the same bill.

Breakfast was convenient, but a little overpriced. Our room was a very good size, updated, clean, and well appointed. Valet service was super fast and friendly, maybe a bit expensive ($35/nt.) The welcome staff were super friendly and made us feel like regulars! Water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

Maid service did not fill the toiletries built into the shower, so shampoo and shower gel were empty when I went to shower the first morning. However, when I told the front desk they addressed the issue immediately. Room also didn't have an ice bucket or a microwave.

The room was so nice and roomy. Design was beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The bathroom was amazing. We loved the balcony and the view. Felt like a little home. Small kitchen and fridge, comfy couch, nice tvs and lighting. The staff were all so friendly and one gentlemen went above and beyond to help us check in and get parked. The room was just soo nice I can't even describe. So classy and clean. Even the parking garage was roomy!!! We usually use the Graduate when in town but price and comfortable wise..Cumberland House won us over!! A little farther but only 10 to ride share to campus.

The parking situation was confusing and a mess when we arrived. They begin valet parking next week which should help. The staff picked up on a frustrations as our room wasn't ready at check in and we couldn't move our vehicle to park. They went above and beyond to fix that wrong. By the end we loved the stay.

Hotel was clean and classy. Simple things like having my name on the tv screen upon check-in was a delight. Exercise equipment in the room and a comfortable bed was a pleasure!

The tv would not play local channels. It would show that they could play but we could not get them to play no matter what we tried. Making the tv user friendly or having in room directions would be helpful.

how accommodating- great snack area for kids- able to grab drinks alcohol and nonalcoholic if you didn’t wanna go to bar area. the staff was amazing wish I could comment them all but Anna Stood out for me and my kids. rooms were super clean, shower water pressure was better than any hotel I’ve stayed in downtown Knoxville- the interior design is just beautiful- free morning lobby coffee was awesome- so many upper scale hotels have cut that out.

The only thing I really missed was a microwave! I REALLY appreciated being able to lengthen our check out time. That worked for our needs.

I dont appreciate having to pay for parking. It should be free for customers. My husband and son said the mattresses were bad for their backs. I, however, slept very well

The location was fantastic! We were close to the Sunsphere and market square where there are great restaurants. I recommend The Oliver Royale.

My car got towed, but that was my fault. Take advantage of the valet parking. It did say on site that we would have $20 valet, and it was $35 when we got there. It would have been helpful knowing this information before we got there.

The room was very comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The manager David Rose was very helpful and accommodating.

It was pet friendly which is great because we brought our fur baby, but didn't like the fact there was no designated place for her to go to the bathroom.
