The room was very large and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful in planning our airport transfer, and our driver was super helpful and accommodating for us as we needed a bit more assistance with an injured leg. We were leaving early for a flight, and the breakfast wasn't set to open until after we were to leave, but the early opening with continental-style breakfast options had a great variety and was well stocked. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated for the season, which was a nice added touch.

It would be great if the option for the hotel to airport transfers were not just every hour. However, extra time at the airport is required for those not flying with TSA pre-check or other premium options to get through SEA's chaotic security lines.

The closeness to SEATAC Airport was very convenient for us. The hotel provides free shuttle services to and from SEATAC, just need to set it up with the front desk. Parking was free and there were plenty of handicap parking spaces to accommodate us. The pool and hot tub area was also nice. Laundry room was handy for us to clean our clothes prior to ending our trip. We were on the third floor and it is a quiet floor along with the fourth floor which was nice.

The free breakfast wasn’t the best. Your usual breakfast choices of juice, milk, coffee, egg patties were dry, waffles were soggy. A little overpriced for a weekend and Monday night stay. The shower head was way up there for me, a short person, to be able to adjust.

*The staff were great. I LOVED that there is a quiet floor! *I appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase snacks, as well as beer and wine from the front desk. *The room was really nice and the bed was comfy.

*The noise in the room above me. *The water in the pool was really cold. I didn't expect that. *The shower needed more water pressure and a better shower head. *The tv guide sucks! It's interesting that there are several Fox News channels, but MSNBC on the guide turns out to be God TV. No f**cking thank you!

Fairly standard "chain" hotel. Everything was good. Staff were friendly/competent. Outside the downtown area, so a bit less expensive. Close to large shopping area with lots of eateries & stores. Amusement park next door, so would be great for kids.

The breakfast was a bit lower quality than I expected. Of course, the homemade waffles were good. A little tricky accessing the hotel. On way back from secondary road, took the wrong exit and was a long trek through heavy traffic to get back to the hotel - so have a good navigator to get through the messy Seattle traffic.

Great location for things to do. You can always stay and bring the kids next door for the fun center and the hotel provided a discount voucher. Close by is the Westfield Southcenter shopping and pikes place and even Alki beach are not far out at all. T his is our second time staying here and will definitely be somewhere we plan on booking again. We loved the pool as well as the breakfast you save money on that alone with not having to find somewhere to dine out. Im also a nursing mom so the mini fridge and microwave came in handy for meals as well as being able to store my breast milk without any worries.

The only issues we had were our dead bolt lock was broken so we notified staff, they were open to fixing it at a time that was convenient but we didnt really mind it. Also our vending machines on our lvl were sold out for things to drink but we just went to the vending g machines on ground level. Other then that nothing major.

Loved the location! The breakfast area was nice and the offerings for breakfast were tasty. The breakfast hours were great too! The pool was perfect! The rooms were spacious and pretty sound proof. The beds were clean and no trace of mold or anything yucky in the bathroom or room in general.

There were places in the room where I could tell housekeeping hadn't cleaned properly, such as handprints on the headboards and spills down the front on the cupboards/dresser. The info binder in the room stated that the front desk offered cookies from 5-7pm each night during the week and none were offered during those times. We checked several times. If you don't offer a certain amenity, then remove it from the 'amenities' portion of the binder.

Good location, convenient to mall, airport, major highways. Handicap accessible room was generous in size and the bathroom was equipped with assist/grab bars, roll in shower with large size seat and hand shower, room to maneuver. The very large room had comfortable beds and a sitting area as well as small desk and dining table. Front desk staff were courteous, helpful, generous, and knowledgeable about the area - plus they put us on a 24hr quiet floor where we were able to rest well.

Got in on a midnight flight and they had all my checkin info laid out and ready to go. They knew all I'd want is to go to bed as fast as possible.

N/A this hotel did the job I needed it to do. But it was on "fun center drive" or something and I didn't pay attention, I think there was a fun park nearby? Lots of kids at the breakfast buffet. A plus if you're a parent, minus if you're a business traveler who doesn't want their wait for breakfast extended by parents guiding small children through the process of deciding what carbs to pick.

Spacious comfortable room. Excellent breakfast options. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We didn't use the refrigerator, but it was quite large by hotel standards. The shuttle picked us up after midnight without any problems, which was a blessing because we were exhausted after a long flight.

The only bed pillows are very firm and fat - in fact the firmest and fattest I've encountered in a hotel. Because of my neck problems, I had to roll up a towel to use instead.

The breakfast is excellent and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room is a nice size but not as much lighting as I prefer. Really appreciate the shuttle to airport and car rental. My grandchildren loved the pool and also being right next door to the Bullwinkle Fun Center. The location is so close to the Westfield Mall and other shopping places. The little store was so helpful as we got in late and it offered microwavable food that carried us through.
