A very good location. It is just 3 stops from the central station with the tram 26 and the time is less than 10 minutes… In addition, it’s possible to reach the museums area with Tram number 7. Even considering it is not in a very central area, there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets at a walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was superb; very fresh and with a great variety. There isn’t a restaurant in the hotel but the reception people were always ready to provide drinks and tasty pizzas from midday to midnight at a very reasonable price! This was always a very good possibility after a busy day!! People at the reception desk were very helpful and they always helped us as needed

In Netherlands, hotels must have their windows blocked for safety reasons which is slightly claustrophobic.

Close to tram to get to Central Station. Grocery store and other food places nearby. Good size room.stayed with a friend, had twin beds still plenty of room for 2 large suitcases.Buffet breakfast very good. Luggage storage. Was leaving at 7am so was able to pack a few bits for breakfast while they were still setting up.

Easy travel to Central Station via the fast and regular 26 tram service. Good breakfast with a wide choice of food and drink. The rooms was large and well equipped.

Not much in terms of facilities, e.g no restaurant or proper bar, but good at what they do. Doesn't seem like great value for money, but Amsterdam is very expensive and this place isn't more of a ripoff than anywhere else.

Really good position, tram stop in less than 5 min walk. Staff really kind. Breakfast is absolutely amazing!!! Best Hampton in breakfast I have ever had

This is the best hotel in the world! An exceptional stay from start to finish! The front desk team was incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and effortless. The breakfast staff brought so much warmth and positivity, creating the perfect start to each day. The room was a peaceful retreat, with double windows ensuring absolute quiet for a restful night. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to local transportation. Breakfast wasn’t quite up to our expectations, but we made it work.

The lady who served breakfast was fantastic and very welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the location, being next to the train station, was absolutely awesome!"

I noticed that the entrance is quite difficult to access, particularly due to the lack of a ramp. This could be a significant challenge for guests with multiple suitcases. I'm also concerned about how the hotel accommodates disabled clients, as the current entrance setup may not be suitable for those with mobility issues."

The breakfast was fantastik, with a lot of possibility for various combinations.They prepared for me, every morning, wonderfull fresh gluten free bred! It was important because of my celiac disease.

Every morning we prepared our beds and packed our pyjamas on bads very carefully. Nevertheless, every morning we found our pyjamas crumpled up and left somewhere in the room. This is not neather hygienic neither nice. We were surprised, since everything else was excellente! We, also, were surprised that the windows couldn't be open which is a little bit claustrofobic.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Additionally, the location was perfect and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Amsterdam
