The shower was good and the heating in the room spot on Beach was only a 45 min walk away good bus and tram links to the train station and shopping centre.

The beds were of a sub standard you move and the mattress went with you. Some of the staff were great some others not so polite, cleaning staff brilliant. Evening food value for money breakfast at over €17 per day a little over priced but with good small cafe’s close by not a problem.

A very elegant hotel in a very elegant area of the city with super-freiendly and helpful staff! At first, I thought it may be a little far from the centre, but it is very easily and quickly reached by tram or bus. There are restaurants and cafes a short walk away on either Valeriusstraat or Laan van Meerdervoort. The very hip Frederik Hendriklaan, described as 'the most beautiful shopping street in the Netherlands', is less than 15 mins walk. The hotel restaurant only serves pizzas, but they are delicious!

The breakfast was not worth 16.50 Only two hot items Bacon and scrambled eggs or a hard boiled egg otherwise a basic continental Nothing to get excited about

Great location. Very helpful staff, allowed us access to our room 3 hours before the formal arrival time. Very helpful on a wet day! Breakfast nice if a little expensive. Perhaps we should have been hungrier! It was good to have the hire bikes so easily available and maps of the city. Thank you!

Lights on the bikes didn’t work (already reported)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fairly average experience. The room was big enough and clean overall but I did notice a few dirt spots on the floor. The decoration was quite basic but comfy.

One downside was the limited parking. The hotel’s parking slots are few, and I had to park on the street, which costs €2.60 per hour till midnight. It’s not ideal if you're driving and staying for a longer period.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to stay!

It was comfortable and for a solo traveler I would say perfect size. It was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast were great, big choice of different food. Good localisation, close to center but not in it so it was nice and quiet.

Shower was pretty small and with curtain made of soft plastic the physics made it try to kill me by suffocation. For the money I payed i was expecting a bit bigger room and not murdering shower. I'm guessing if I would book earlier I wouldn't pay that much and then I wouldn't be disappointed at all but hey ho. Still pretty good room , just not for the money I payed.

We liked the room and the beds there. It was big enough for three people and very peaceful.

The room was too expensive -maybe because of the tulip season. The whole city was almost fully booked. The location was a bit far from the city center. Although we knew that when we made a reservation.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi worked perfectly. The staff at reception were friendly and you also had the option to buy a bus day ticket there. The hotel is located in a pleasant and quiet area of The Hague which is dominated by embassies. There are some convenience stores and restaurants to be found within a 10-minute walk of the hotel and there is a bus stop less than a minute away for frequent buses to the city centre and the train station.

The only disappointing aspect was that the double bed was in fact two beds put next to each other. The breakfast is not included so I did not try it. It is a lengthy walk to the city centre, about 30-40 minutes depending on which side of the centre you go, but there is always the bus option.

The hotel is in a super location; basically with easy access all over the city. Hotel itself is "a charming and for standards required by today's guests renovated part of the history of the area". Front desk staff is ready to help with any issue. Augustus and Braadstaal are two nearby (5 minutes walk) comfortable (Augustus) and cosy (Braadstaal) restaurants worth to have dinner there.

Lights in the room (206) might be more bright.
