Same as last time, me and my friends returned to this hotel as it is worth the money. Similar level as nearby Monopol hotel, but pricewise way more affordable. Spa is nice + i appreciate there is a lifeguard on duty at the pool. Breakfast is amazing (but that's a must with 5*). You are 3min by walk from Galeria Dominikanska (shopping mall) and 5-10min far from Rynek (a place to be in WRO). This hotel is really a good choice ;-)

Fitness has to be paid on top of accommodation & wellness. Never saw gym being used heavily. Perhaps worth considering a change here. If you allow your customers to keep themselves healthy, they'll return for more years :-) :-)

Location is convenient for walking access to old town and river/cathedral island. 2 min walk to mall with a supermarket and food options. Pool is great, Long enough for proper swim and not at all busy on 4/5 days we were there. It is shared with a private gym though, not exclusive to the hotel, and so you share changing area with "outside" users. Room was spacious and had a bright and comfortable vibe, with big windows ans lots of natural light. Rooms look out on a nice enclosed garden space with upmarket restaurant sitting areas. Bed and bedding were *super* comfortable, which I really care about. Friendly staff. Didn't breakfast so can't comment on that. Bonus was being about to watch live football on German tv channel.

The building is mixed use, and we had audible noise from offices or whatever above us, until about midnight each night. Not intolerable, but present. Soundproofing to corridor outside room also not the best, which made for a couple of early mornings we didn't plan on. Instant coffee in room, no nespresso machine, which makes a surprisingly big difference. No vanity kit in bathroom (cotton buds and such). But overall, I have to say we had a very comfortable stay for a reasonable price and I have no hesitation in recommending.

It’s was just excellent. I travelled with my family. The locations is very central about 10 minutes from old town yet away from the busy streets and traffic. The staff were wonderful, they were keen to do a good job and made us feel very welcomed in their city. Sometimes some of the hotels forget that for us visitors the staff and how they approach the guests leave an impression not only about the hotel but also about the town or city. At DT we felt welcomed and which left a very positive impression of Wroclaw and the people who live there.

I had a great stay at this hotel, but what really stood out was the amazing location. It was so convenient to walk to all the nearby attractions. The room was great too - spacious and clean. Despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet. A nice touch was the welcome cookies we received when we checked in. It was a small gesture, but it really brightened our mood and added to the overall experience.

There wasn't anything major that I disliked about my stay there.

The room was lovely and clean and very quiet. The location of the hotel was across from the shopping centre and a ten minute walk from the square. I did not have breakfast but ate in the hotel restaurant at lunch time and found the quality and taste to be excellent and so was the price. Rooms had air con and heating individually controlled.

Upon checking in the staff started off a bit brusque which did not set the best example however they soon came round. The tv wasn’t a smart tv so couldn’t watch Netflix. There was no coffee machine in the room but there was in everyone else’s.

Spacious room, new and clean. Rich breakfast, Comfy beds.

Not ready for breakfast of four persons- just small tables. Till 1 a,m. disturbing weird noises like moving furniture on wooden floor somewhere above us - hard to imagine who is in hotel constantly moving stuff for 3-4 hours... that was quite disturbing. My fault I did not call clerk. There are upper floors not belonging to hotel, so probably it came from there.

Close to old town and easy to walk to and from. Parking on the premises. Breakfast good. Good size room, soundproof even though overlooking street, but we always seem to get the furthest room along the corridor!

No help to bring our luggage in which could be a problem for folk older than us on a long trip with a few bags. There is a luggage trolley of course but a long push down that corridor!

The Hotel is located in the central area of the city. However, in a more quite part of it which is very convenient. If you're in Wroclaw for the first time, the places you'd probably like to visit are located nearby (National Museum, Rynok Square and all central places). The room was spectacular and there was everything we needed. So was the breakfast: delicious meals with variety of options (oriental, Polish, cold/hot options). There is a nice inner yard where you can have your breakfast to enjoy the morning even more. The personnel was always very attentive and responded immediately on any ask: it was fast and easy to sort any kind of ask with them.

- Cleaning personnel woke us up at 8 AM asking if we needed cleaning (we came to Wroclaw quite late the day before). We did not expect it so early so did not hang a DND sign on the door. We asked to do the cleaning later but they marked it as we rejected. This is a minor inconvenience since we asked the cleaning at the reception later. - The pool area is not big: only up to 10 beach chairs and for such scale of the hotel, the pool is always a bit crowdy. Also, the receptionist at the Pool & SPA did not give us the lockers and we needed to get back and ask for them. But it's a free pool for the hotel guests so it's nice there is one. Not a problem as well, rather a small inconvenience.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly breakfast staff, professional & friendly check-in, very comfortable bed, location- overall a very nice stay

Minibar was empty ( filling could be requested at the reception- but not much to choose either and a bit of a hassle for a 5 *hotel Coffee making fascilities in the room:water kettle & 1 sachet of Nescafé & milk per person was a disappointment Whirl pool is very tiny & receptionist at gym/spa not really forthcoming Bar set up had no atmosphere & staff seemed overwhelmed even though there weren’t many guests

I loved how central this hotel was to the city. I found the staff were extremely helpful. I found the staff to have a good understanding of English which made our stay easier. This hotel is comfortable, clean and relaxing. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of food and drinks. We also had lunch in the restaurant, it was very enjoyable.
