For context I am from Canada, and Bialystok is for me quite off the beaten path, in eastern Poland (I was visiting one of the universities there). This hotel was a great find. It was easy to get to from the train station on foot, and then to get around the city by bus. The facilities in the hotel are really nice, and best part was the staff, who were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and made me very comfortable in a place where my language skills are about zero. I would strongly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure tourists.

Everything was good, but don't limit yourself to the hotel restaurant, venture out into the neighborhood, there are a lot of fun (and inexpensive) places nearby.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation in Bialystok. Hotel localizate near to Bialystok train station (ca. 15 mins walk). Main attractions ie. Branicki Palace, catedral, city squar very closely to hotel. Mamy cosy restaurants and cafe. Room was clean, silent, comfy with all needs facilities in calmy area. Very good Wi-Fi connection. Amazing breakfast (rich choose: sweet/salty snacks, vegen/vegan, fresh fruits, juices, pastries, salats, dumplings etc.). Kind and helpful crew. It was my first visit in Podlasie and I took with myself good vibes and memories and of course delicious "buza". Thank you! :-) <3

The settings are really quiet and AC powerful, we slept excellently well, the breakfast was fine, the underground parking convenient (2m height restriction, our car fits this), even though costs 60 zloty. The free 24h fitness room is equipped for a fair fitness training session. If the price is right, it is an excellent choice for worry-free vacation. I only give out 10 for perfection, so 9 is quite close (would even have considered 10 if the parking were free). I would definitely consider it the next time around, provided the price remains reasonable.

Considering the facility is new, we were puzzled by the mini fridge located inside a practically closed cabinet. The heat extracted from inside the fridge remains inside the cabinet, it's like having a fridge inside an oven. Fascinating. The fridge does work, but functions as a mini oven at the same time and takes a long time (overnight) to cool anything. I wonder, how long will such a solution work before causing a fire.

Food in a restaurant was great. Breakfast also really good, good selection.

I ordered a taxi next morning and I wasn't informed in what time it's going to arrive, nobody came back to me about it. I had to get a taxi myself as I needed to be somewhere, I was waiting for a long time in a lobby. There was nobody to ask as the reception was very busy, so that's nothing against the staff (everyone was very nice and professional), just it would be nice to know how long I'd have to wait.

Easy to find, parking right outside of property. Very clean everywhere. Bed was really comfy. Staff friendly and accommodating. Had to leave at 6am but. Breakfast is served from 6:30AM so they prepared us lunch boxes to go and turned on coffee machines early so we could have morning coffee. Highly recommended!

Buffet breakfast was superb, wide array of choices and delicious! The whole staff were very hospitable, accommodating and extremely helpful. We stayed for 7 days and everyone treated me and my son like "family." Special mention to the front desk staff and manager, Izabela Buraczewska. We came from Canada and our trip to Bialystok was to see my Polish wnuk and celebrate his 3rd birthday. Isabela went out of her way in helping me order a custom-made cake for my grandson on short notice. The birthday celebration was a success and everyone enjoyed the cake from the cukiernia she recommended. Also, the dining staff were all great and did their best to communicate in English (particularly Vlad? - one of the male servers. Pardon me if I got his name wrong). The hotel's location is a stone's throw from the famous Lipowa Street and so accessible to all the beautiful places and attractions of the city. We will definitely stay again in this hotel the next time we visit Bialystok. More power to the management and staff!

For some reason, the room keys had to be reactivated almost every day. It was a bit of a hassle to go to the reception to have this done.

Very comfortable hotel. Room and bed great. Very attentive staff. Outstanding breakfast. Hotel in good location just off Lipowa Street. Only 10-15 minutes walking at most to get to most sights, restaurants, etc Car parking available in a secure underground lot.. Just a really pleasant stay.

A pleasant new hotel in the center of Bialystok. The bed is comfortable. The room has everything you need, including a hairdryer and an ironing board. There are many different breakfast options.

Not a drawback, but rather a comment - keep in mind that the gym only has the equipment shown in the photos. If you park at the hotel, the parking is 30 PLN per day.

Great location with short walk to main square. The provided breakfast offered many choices during our stay. We had a family room that offered plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children.

Would have appreciated better instructions on making a reservation for parking onsite in the underground garage.

Brekfast are really Good ! Pink waffles my child especially loved. Everything fresh, cleen, smells great Iron available in room- without need to specially ask Tea, coffee, water still and sparkling included Breakfast till 11 so plenty of time Lots of families staying here so feels cozy and alive

Not enough parking in property. We had none upon arrival and I was nervous to leave my car with many belongings inside on street at night as we travel with car. It affected my sleep quality too actually
