I stayed at Aloft San Juan for one night before my cruise and it was a fantastic choice. The location is perfect — about a 5-minute drive to the Pan American Pier and close to lots of dining and entertainment options in Distrito T-Mobile. The hotel has a modern, upbeat feel with stylish rooms and friendly staff. Overall, Aloft San Juan is a great option for a short stay in the city, especially if you’re heading on a cruise. I’d definitely stay here again!

My room was facing the Distrito T-Mobile, which could be disruptive for other guests due to lighting and noise levels.

Love the room and bed was so comfortable, different densities of pillows. Great smell in the front desk. Most part of the staff was great. Many types of restaurants outside of Hotel.

It would be great if they could have restaurant at the night for dinner. Sink in the room was not working well and not even after the cleaning was done it was fixed. You can hear the party/music outside in the district in bed time.

It is the perfect place to stay for an affordable price when you plan to visit the Coca-Cola Music Hall for a concert. The rooms are nice, especially the corner and suite ones, with a nice view of San Juan or the inside of the complex. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is close to various restaurants and events and has free parking. The Hotel Bar and restaurant offer great meals and drinks; breakfast is very tasty and good. Perfect for a weekend concert escape.

The room wasn't ready at check-in time, but I got an upgrade to a suite, which was perfect for a repeater guest, we enjoyed the suite and the view. Perfect.

The hotel is good, brand new. It has a good internet connection. Facilities are great and the room is comfortable.

I chose the option "breakfast included" at Booking. However, the breakfast is a la carte and each item has a price. So, the selection I've made on Booking actually made me waste more money than if I had chosen "without breakfast". This is an error by Booking. Besides, gratuity is not included in the package–I had to pay separately. Finally, the quality of the breakfast was low for me, since I like fresh, and healthy food.

It doesn’t include the breakfast for the cost that it’s not that cheap. And the parking should be a fixed rate for the days one stays. It has a fixed rate of $18 but for each day and if you have more than one car each one gots to pay the same.

Overall we like everything about the place. Its a place where adults and children can have fun during the day and during the night. They have plenty of restaurants to choose from, very accessible parking, walking areas to walk after dinner. Its very clean and safe place for families.
